She does a good job of backing up everything with scripture and extra biblical sources. I went into this to read it for a book group, knowing that it’s not really my cup of tea, but it was still an enjoyable read, and I learned some things from it.

There were scant few chapters that actually addressed every day sabbath and more quoting of other authors then necessary
