I read this book for inspiration for a few maker classes for kids. I would have loved to have had something like this book when I was a child. Some of the projects could use better instructions.
children's craft/learning to sew. Projects that kids will actually want to make, and a nice progression of lessons that will teach them the basic stitches, etc. If I were an Ambitious Librarian with more Energy, I would turn these into a series of (very popular) workshops.
Ridiculously on trend for a tween craft book. This stuff is totally Anthro. Also, none of it is hard to do or expensive. I made the barrettes where you embroider around a paper reinforcement on felt and they came out looking like $15. Thank you, Kristin Sutcliffe!
