About the author

Poetry probably saved me thousands of dollars in therapy when my marriage ended about a decade ago. I captured the poems pouring out of me on paper to be able to process all the emotions that I was feeling from the loss. Grief, anger, hope, regret, utter sadness, and a revived libido all played out through lyrical verses of poetry.

After sharing my poetry with close friends, they convinced me that publishing was not an option, it was a necessity.

I currently have 3 volumes of The Poetic Art of Seduction available plus a Collection volume with all 3 of them under one cover. In addition, my healing hopeful heart poems can be found in 2 volumes of The Poetic Diary of Love and Change with a 3rd volume coming on August 8,2014.

*November 2017 Update:
I have been kind of 'tied up' the last couple of years busily writing all of the required journals for my Sir chronicling all of our non-vanilla adventures.

Red Wine & a Leash is the compilation of our conversations, my Sir's instructions to me before each rendezvous, and my erotic prose-style rendering of all that I experienced. It reads like a screenplay sprinkled with the kinkiest of poems. A true life story of Patrick, my spellbinding Sir and the D/s journey that He has taken me on.

I knew upon getting this book that i would love it, already knowing Clarissas Amazing work but what i didn't expect was to be touched by it the way i was! My heart ached and i wept at most of her poems... Her words like a mirror looking into my soul and connecting in a profound way... This book of amazingly deep healing and heart mending poems is without a doubt her best work to date! They will take you on a journey like no other! I recommend this book to everyone with no exception!!! Because at the end of the day we've all had our heart broken and this book is like a balsam to a broken heart... So sit back, open a bottle of red, light a few candles and be prepaired to be taken on a journey that your heart and soul will never forget!!!!! Five stars don't do it justice!!

Absolutely brilliant. I must confess I am not a poetry lover but I had read one poem and it was so inspiring that I decided to buy the book. One of the best decisions I have taken. Clarissa poems are so moving, so wonderful. BRAVO. Highly recommended.
