I bought this used from Amazon.com on M's recommendation (M=the sublime moderator/guru at Wild Poetry Forum). I've just thumbed through it, but it looks fabulous. Can't wait to dive in.
Wow. This was a fabulous collection. When I'm reading a book of poetry, I have this habit of writing down the names of my favorite poems so I can re-read them later. 70 poems; that's how many I wrote down. My husband told me I should just photocopy the table of contents to save time.
The book is divided into sections for hotels, motel seedy, dining late, Last call, etc. Personally, I preferred the hotel/motel poems. Didn't care as much for the roadhouse/on the strip stuff, but that's a comparatively small section.
Here's a (very truncated) list of my favorite favorites:
Mark Irwin "The Western Hotel"
Karen Swenson "Surface and Structure: Bonaventure Hotel, Los Angeles"
Richard Garcia "Hotel des Grandes Ecoles"
William Olsen "The Oasis Hotel"
Wendy Wilder Larsen "Lunch with my Ex"
Heather McHugh "Spilled"
Alison Hawthorne Deming "Caffe Trieste"
There are some wonderful pieces by Lucie Brock-Broido and Charles Simic that belong in this list too, but I've already loved and rated and raved about them elsewhere.

I found this book of poems in the Detroit Public Main Library book sale the other day. I knew I would enjoy the poems, and I AM! Recently retired, I swore to read one poem a day (at least) from the books I own: poems of my favorite poets, anthologies. This book is helping me read MANY MORE a day. GLAD I found it! It was meant for me. Haven't found a favorite yet, but somehow, I know I will.
