An excellent guide for anyone who wants to take their facilitation skills to the next level. You’ll find advice on the role of the facilitator, 30 conflict management strategies, how to go about setting up facilitation consulting. You’ll be able to add structure to your meetings and change management efforts. My only complaint is that it’s a bit dated in how it describes processes, life and work moves much faster 14 years on. I’d recommend an new edition. Not for the beginner facilitation, for that see Facilitate with Ease.
