I’ve awoken in another reality; one where confinement and brutality are a thing of the past. I now know freedom, I know compassion, and I know there’s something more for me in this fucked up world. Ryker, Axel, Gray, and Emmett. These men, these Ruthless Brothers, have given me strength and my instinct to run dwindles with each passing day. But my past and present are on a collision course set on destruction. And while truths have been revealed, nothing can fully prepare you for an evil that never sleeps. All Hell has broken loose and the Devil is on our doorstep. But I’m ruthless to the core, a rebel til the end, and I’ll protect what’s mine til my last breath.

Secrets and lies revealed 😳
This second book is a superb balance between action, development and smut 😁
Scarlett’s secret identity starts to becomes revealed as more dangers are presented to the club! Can they trust her or is she the devil in disguise?
It doesn’t help that they do not know who is friend or foe as the threats keep on coming 😬😬
Thankfully with Shift vouching for Scarlett and her friendship with Emily, alongside her own mouth 😂 she soon makes out her position in the club…and it might just be all that she wants ☺️
I love the development between Axel and Scarlett, it’s dealt with so realistically and sympathetically, and wow when he realises 😍🥰🥰 I also like how she holds Ryker and Emmett accountable for their actions, although the coke from a place of love she certainly lets them know they’ve crossed lines! And well Gray is just a Gray the effervescent puppy 😘
There’s some super spicy scenes between them all (including group ones 🌶️🔥🌶️) alongside their emotional development 😄
However all might just got to pot after that cliffhanger 😬 need the next one asap missy! 😅

After falling head over heels for these characters in the first book I didn't think I could get any more attached but I was wrong! I think I somehow liked this book even more than the first and in a shocking turn of events, I think Axel has potentially taken the lead as my new favorite of the harem! 🤭 If you know anything about me you know that this is wild because I don't usually fall for the jerks of the group but I love character growth even more and man there was so much of it in this book! This was definitely Axel's time to shine as we got more details about what made him who he is and got to watch him find new methods to help him face his demons. It was quite literally the best of both worlds and all the moments big and small that showed his progress had me squealing with happiness!

I was also very happy to see Scarlett's stabby side come out to play a bit more and I really enjoyed getting to learn more about her backstory as heartbreaking as it was. While she made good progress in his book I'm really looking forward to watching her completely merge the person she's had to be in order to survive with the person she wants to be with her guys and the club as a whole. It was also very entertaining to watch her put the guys in their places when they needed it! She was not going to tolerate any tomfoolery because she knows her worth and I loved to see it! She also gets major props for always being the mature one even when I wanted to her to just smack someone in addition to some brownie points for always being an independent but compassionate woman when it comes to the her own safety and the safety of those she cares about! 👏🏻

And while there were a few relationship trials our group of rebels had to face, watching them make up later made all the chaos worth it in the end if you catch my drift. Now I had a feeling back in book one that I would have a great time when it happened but I wasn't prepared for how much I was LIVING for any and all of Axel's contributions! I was SO into it and I might just pass away if we don't get more group scenes in book 3! 🥵🔥🤣

Just like with Ruthless Rage, in this book you will find good humor/comedic relief, hilarious banter not only between our FMC and her guys but also between all of the guys, a growing found family, some sweet and emotional moments, lots of action, and obviously some plot twists that you won't see coming! I'm both excited to see what will happen next in book three but at the same time not ready for their story to be over! I love these characters too much to say goodbye so soon! 😭 Hopefully KC will take pity on us and give us AT LEAST one spin off about the potential side couple that was revealed, I love both characters so much and I NEED THEIR STORY ASAP! 🙏🏻

Loved it

Phenomenal. Absolutely amazing. All the stars!

This book is just so great and once I started I did not want to put this book down. I love Scarlett and how fierce she is but learning more about how she came to be that way was just heartbreaking. It was great to see her make the boys work for forgiveness at times was just perfect. And Axel! I really wasn’t sure on him in the first book but after this second one, I’m sold! Can’t wait for book 3 now!

Holy crap on a cracker! Do you ever have to wait some time to write a review because otherwise it’s going to come out as gibberish from all of the gushing that you’re going to do? That’s me with this book. It’s been a few days since I finished and I’m still at a loss for words. I already loved these characters from the last book, but if possible, I love them even more now!

The character growth in this book for all of the characters was amazing. But the one with the most growth was Axel, and let me just say it was PHENOMENAL! Seriously, when we find out his backstory and what happened to make him the way he is, it pulled at my heartstrings so much, I just wanted to give him hug. And the fact that Scarlett wants so badly to give him comfort but stops herself because she knows that it’s not something he can handle, shows just how compassionate and empathetic she can be.

Speaking of Scarlett, I loved seeing the juxtaposition between her badass stabby self who takes no shit and her caring and compassionate nature. We find out some more about her past and how she came to be the person that she is, and while it’s heartbreaking, it also formed her into being the type of person that handle all 4 of these Ruthless Brothers without sacrificing any part of who she is. Next to Axel she’s had the most growth in this book and while she still has some to go, I can’t wait to see her fully become the person that she truly wants to be with the guys. The guys are definitely making her a little soft, but only in the best ways, and the fact is that she’s doing the same with them.

There were definitely some bumps in most of the relationships in this book, but that’s because they’re all learning HOW to be in a relationship for the first time. And let me just say that I was totally here for seeing the way the guys made things up to Scarlett. I would just like to request more group scenes in the next book because HOLY SHIT, the major one we got in this one was HOOOOOOOOT! 🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵

I have loved every book I’ve read by KC Kean. The woman knows how to write found family, strong female friendships, hilarious banter, sweet and touching scenes along with some hella spicy scenes. But let me tell you, I lost all track of time reading this book, that’s how good it is. And by that I mean that when I looked up after finishing I realized that not only had I missed dinner but I was 3 hours past when I should have been in the bed. To say that I got minimal sleep that night before having to go in to work the next morning would be an understatement but damn if I wasn’t totally worth it. And that ending? My emotions were all over the place, to the point where I went from 🥹 to 😳to 🤬 in the span of a few paragraphs. Now I just need to get my hands on the next book as soon as possible!

Wow! This book was absolutely amazing! Like Holy Sh!t amazing! KC Kean has done it again with her amazing writing....

Scarlett is one badass chick who know matter what will always be a strong female regardless of her situation. She'll always be there for the ones she has come to love.

Her revelation at the diner with Ryker made my heart hurt but I'm glad that the guys banded together with Emily to help her.

I love her relationship with the guys in this book they've become closer then ever in my opinion. Her relationship with Maggie an Emily is great as well I think she regards Maggie as a mother figure an Emily as a sister an that has helped her greatly.

Axel is my favorite guy in this book because of what he shares with Scar an she shares with him together they face both of their traumas from their pasts an it helps them both see better how they both feel. An he realizes what she means to him.

Gray is absolutely the most devoted to Scar at first though with his revelation to her. He doesn't give two craps what any of the club thinks with regards to how he is with Scarlett..

Emmett he is a protector even if Scarlett can take care of herself. Emily is his sister an I love that he is there for them both no matter what is going on.

Ryker he mad me mad with his little stunt he pulled I'm glad Scarlett told him how it was going to be. He finally gets his head out of his butt about what he thought was happening. His relationship with Scar I think has helped him more then he knows.

Stitch does something for Scarlett that means the world to her I adore their friendship as well.

The action in this book is great there is no slow pace its just go go go an I love that. So much happens in the book but it all flows so well that you're absolutely dragged in to the story an not realize how far you read until you're done.

There are some things that will maybe make you tear up especially one part well more then one but that's just my opinion.

The cliffhanger is not so bad but it is a doozy of one. It will definitely make you wish the final book was out now it's that good.

All in all you definitely will not be disappointed with book two. More revelations come to light in this book so be prepared..

As always check your Trigger Warnings with this series it is a dark reverse harem an some things are sensitive topics to some otherwise dive in an enjoy.

I am obsessed. This one is action packed and we get to see some more vulnerable sides of everyone. Scarlett is becoming more trusting of the Ruthless Brothers and will do what she needs to do to protect her men and friends.

Scarlett is an act first, questions second kind of girl. She doesn't take any crap from anyone, doesn't matter who you are. She isn't afraid to put anyone in their place, again, doesn't matter who you are.

I didn't want this one to end and I was a ball of nerves at what the cliffhanger would be and all I can say is, it could be worse. Could be 10000 times worse than what it is. I'm thankful for the teeny, tiny ledge, but now I have more questions and ready for the next one!!

Ooo, I am loving how this series is developing, like, really really loving it.

KC, you are a goddess. I say this after every book of yours that I read, because how could I not?

So, this is book 2 and that means more character development, we get a better understanding of Scarlett's background and a few snippets of her past. And also of the men gravitating around her.
I practically inhaled the book, I got so absorbed in the plot, again, loving the direction KC is taking us. I feel that everything fits with this one, such a wonderful blend of characters, action and spice.

I have absolutely no idea what surprises book 3 will entail but knowing KC, it will be epic.

PS. Am I wrong or this is the smuttiest book/series KC has written to date? 🤔

Lots of thanks for the ARC.

I highly recommend the Ruthless Brother MC series. In the series you meet the kick arse FMC, Scar, and the men of Ruthless Brothers MC. Packed with action, brilliant banter, and spicy moments. I enjoyed this book as a further development of book one. Especially dealing with the ramifications of the ending of the last book. This book further explores the relationships building between Scar and the boys including lot of spice. Looking forward to how the story unfolds in the third and final book. I am hooked!

After giving the first book 5 stars, I actually said “what happened?” out loud only a couple pages into this one. I don’t know who turned up the cringe, but the writing style is so different from the first book that I had a hard time getting past it.
I also couldn’t help but read the new endearment “snowflake” in Ace Ventura’s voice as if he were summoning a pet dolphin and not in the voice of a character trying to be affectionately seductive.
I’m pretty flexible, but the mental gymnastics to battle the author’s artistic choices just to attempt appreciating this book as much as the first were exhausting.

I just gotta get this one thing off my chest...

She can't f***ing read and write?

Yes, ma'am, she effing can, because she did in book one. She read a text message. And it was clear she often exchanged text messages with Kronkz.

I hate hate hate badmouthing authors, but please, don't treat me like I'm dumb. If you can't remember what you yourself wrote, it doesn't mean I won't.

Thank you, I feel much better now.

Alright, alright, where do I even start with this one? If you loved the first book, then oh boy, you’re in for a ride with this second installment. But let me be clear—while I had a blast with this book, there were a few things that kept it from being a perfect 5 stars. So, let’s break it down, shall we?

First off, if you’ve been following along with this series, you know Scarlett is the queen of the show. And while I was already all about her in book one, this time around? I’m even more impressed! I loved seeing her badass side come out more—like, girl’s got skills and she’s not afraid to use them! 💅 But what really hit me was how we got more of her backstory and how she became the person she is today. It’s heart-wrenching stuff, but it really adds layers to her character. She’s strong, she’s tough, but she’s also deeply compassionate. And watching her try to navigate the complex relationships with her guys? Chef’s kiss. 👏 Scarlett is the kind of FMC that will have you rooting for her non-stop, even when she’s dealing with some tough emotional stuff.

But, you know, the main thing that stole the show for me was Axel. Oh. My. God. I honestly didn’t think I could be more invested in this guy than I already was, but here we are. Axel went from being this tough, brooding dude to someone with serious growth. His backstory? Heartbreaking. The guy has been through so much, and watching him slowly open up and face his demons? It was emotional and just so freaking satisfying. I never thought I'd say this, but Axel might just be my new favorite in the harem (and trust me, I NEVER go for the jerks). The way he grew throughout this book was hands down one of the best things about it. 😭💖

Now, let’s talk about the good stuff—the spice. Oh. My. God. The chemistry between Scarlett and her guys? I was HERE for it. Whether it was the banter or those jaw-dropping, steamy moments, this book definitely did not skimp on the heat. The whole group dynamic? Ugh, it was everything. I was living for those moments where the guys tried to make things right with Scarlett after a relationship hiccup. And can we just talk about the big scene in this book? 🔥🔥🔥 I’m gonna need more of those in the next one, or else I’m just going to die.

But, okay, here’s where I ran into a couple of issues. While I loved the growth for Scarlett and Axel, I felt like some of the relationship drama and emotional ups and downs were a bit… well, repetitive? Don’t get me wrong, I get that they’re all still learning how to function as a group and be in relationships, but there were times I found myself thinking, “Here we go again.” It didn’t ruin the overall story, but there were definitely moments where I wished things would just… calm down a little. 😬

And, not gonna lie, while the tension was great, I did feel like the book dragged a little in some spots. I mean, there’s a lot of emotional stuff going on, and while it’s necessary for character growth, I started to feel like I was waiting for the plot to really pick up again. After all the drama from book one, it felt like there were a few too many slow chapters before things really got exciting again.

But honestly, even with those slower moments, this book had me hooked. KC Kean has a talent for creating these hilarious, dysfunctional yet loving found families. And let’s not forget the humor—there’s plenty of snarky banter that’ll have you laughing out loud. Plus, she does emotional moments so well. One minute you’ll be grinning, and the next you’ll be fighting back tears. This book kept me on my toes in that regard, that’s for sure.

The ending? Oh boy. Without giving spoilers, I’ll just say my emotions went from 🤩 to 😳 to 😭 to 😤 in like two chapters. I need book three ASAP because the way things ended... I’ve got questions, and I need answers! 📚

So, would I recommend this book? Absolutely. If you’ve been loving this series, this book is a solid follow-up that adds so much depth to the characters and the plot. But, just know, it’s not perfect. While it has all the tension, spice, and character growth you could want, there are moments where things drag, and some emotional hurdles feel a little repetitive. Still, the highs? Totally worth it. 😏

If you’re looking for a book that will give you swoons, laughs, and a wild emotional rollercoaster, then definitely give this one a shot. Just maybe don’t expect everything to be wrapped up in a neat little bow by the end—there’s still more to come, and I can’t wait to see how this story plays out! 😅

Oh, and KC Kean, if you’re reading this—please give us that side couple story. I’m begging you. 🙏

Ruthless Rebel, book 2 in the Ruthless Brothers series, is a great continuation on from Ruthless Rage. Just as action packed and steamy.

Scar and her men are continuing to forge a new path for themselves and I think Scar would be an asset and do a great job if given the opportunity at an official seat at the table. Especially with enemies coming at them left and right, and possibly closer to home. Given that Emily is not generally around the club house much, I find that she might just be made for the life. She is tough, resilient and she is an awesome friend and a great help to Scar in adjusting to the more social side of an mc, not that Scar can help it but she does appear to have the social awareness of a grape.

The tension between Scar and Axel has finally come to a head and while it isn't straight forward, they do have an emotional connection that I can't wait to see blossom over time. The rest of her guys are just head over heels for her and the chemistry between them is hot!!!

NOW THIS IS WHERE SOME SPOILERS COME IN......

I wanted to give this one 5 stars because I have loved all of KC's previous series and I am really loving this story. I don't know, maybe it's just me but there's a part at the end that made absolutely no sense to me. Maybe I'm wrong but the story gave me the impression that with no other mc going against them, Kincaid and his mc were top dog. Now here is where I am confused. He knows who Scar is and knows what she is capable of and yet there were no measures taken to ensure she didn't escape. No restraints of any form. Her eyes weren't covered so she now has an idea of how to get to the Brute's compound. There were only 2 guys guarding her in the car, 1 of whom was driving. And there were no men whatsoever guarding the front entrance of the Brutes compound. All of which seems unbelievable to me.

If there is some big mastermind plan going to come out of Ruthless Riot as to why it went this way, and that there was a method to Kincaids apparent maddness, I will happily eat my words.

I am still really invested in Scar and the Ruthless Brothers and can't wait for Ruthless Riot to come out in September.

🌟 BOOK REVIEW 🌟
Ruthless Rebel by KC Kean
🎶 Flames - R3HAB ft. ZYAN & Jungleboi

Spicy and steamy and picks up right where we ended in book one. The turmoil that the ensued after the cliffhanger in book one, I suspect won’t be any worse than the fall out after the cliffhanger for this book. Who would have known how many people knew of Scarlett Reeves. Plus so many enemies.

Let’s start here. I love her friendships with both Shift and Emily. The jealousy the former ensues makes for some addictive angst and assholery. The entire book was action packed and addictive. I couldn’t get enough of Scarlett and her men, Ryker, Gray, Axel and Emmett. Yes, even Axel the asshole, who may end up being the biggest teddy bear of hers in the end.

This book really gives us a deeper dig into Scarlett and Axels budding relationship. It would seem Scarlett is his new addiction a very well may be the only one to help him get passed his trauma. The comment from Bitch Molly and the reaction from Scarlett was a perfect Chefs Kiss! I just lived for every interaction with the bitch. I just wish Ryker would just back the f*ck out of it.

I definitely recommend picking up this series, but if you can’t handle cliffhangers, maybe wait for the 3rr book to be released later this year. I already need it, and I can’t wait for Axel and Scarlett to FINALLY be able to be together. Also, this will be the one where they do all take down all the enemies. Well, I hope it’s ALL.

3 stars. Solid RH w tons of spice.

Baby plot. Tons of dick. 🍆🍆🍆🍆

As far as both books go I feel like it needed better editing. Names were mixed up and at times the scene just changed and I was whiplashed like wtf 👀🥴😵‍💫🤣where are we? Better alpha readers should catch that stuff.

Plot is not super involved. I will say at times the plot moves super duper slowly but I just skimmed when it got slow or repetitive. Like how many times are the Brutes MC gonna walk into their club and just push them around? I am rolling my eyes now EVERY DAMN TIME the bad guy walks in somewhere and causes mayhem.

That being said I appreciate the author keeping the plot simple. It’s an RH romance ish erotica. Not a math text book. So. Kudos for staying in your lane sis. 🫶🏼👏🏼😂♥️

This book is the same as the first one and heavily centered around the nasty😂between the fmc and her men and tiny bit of plot momentum. 🤷🏻‍♀️But it’s an RH and if that’s not your cup of tea, maybe avoid that genre.

Still love the black cat of an fmc. She is tough but also a good blend of sweet smart caring thoughtful. I mean, ig you could classify her as a Mary Jane Mary Poppins perfect in every way, which can be annoying but it works for this story and character.

I like all the dudes in her harem. They are all different enough to differentiate. And we have enough time w them to get to know all of their personalities too.

I love the side characters of Emily, Duffer and Shift. Be prepared bc one of them dies in this book. 😭

RH poly w lite MM ✅

Book 2 of 3 ✅

Finished series✅

KU✅

Spice is high near erotica levels 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

OMG!!!

I absolutely do not think I can wait until September to get the next book!!!

I’m in tears right now!!!

Scar is my absolute favorite FMC of all time now and I have to know how her story ends or I’ll die!!!!

I’m so heartbroken that Duff died !!!

I loved him and that fact that him and Scar had a childhood bond breaks me heart for her so bad!!! He also has a couple kids on the way!!
Life just isn’t fair!!!

Kincaid and Molly should of been the only ones to freaking die!!!

This girl is a freaking Warrior, A Queen and my Soul Sister beyond imagination!!!

Her strength is something to be revered and cherished because that girl should be as broken or even more so than I am but…. She’s freaking not and how she managed to walk away from that hell where she was Raised by psychos and to come away not jaded and mean with anger and revenge but as a soldier that protects those she loves or views weaker than her despite having every reason to run away from MC life but can’t because she’s still manages to love ….

Just WOW!!!
that alone speaks absolute volumes about her perfect character!!!

I am in awe of her beyond my comprehension and I can’t wait to read more of her!!!

Omg!!! She is absolutely everything I need in a FMC and I know that I am officially ruined after her because there’s no way I will ever find better!!!

Come on September I need the 3rd Book!!!

Ruthless Rebel by KC Kean is an absolute gem that surpasses its predecessor, leaving readers even more enamored with the characters. In this thrilling sequel, Axel emerges as a standout favorite in the harem, a surprising twist for someone who usually doesn't fall for the "jerks" of the group. The character development in this book is exceptional, especially for Axel, as we delve into his past and witness his journey of confronting his inner demons.

Scarlett's evolution is equally captivating; her fierce and resilient nature shines through as she navigates her complex past while asserting her worth within the group. Her growth towards balancing survival instincts with personal desires adds depth to her character, making her a compelling force within the narrative.

The dynamics among the group face challenges, but it's heartwarming to see them reconcile and grow stronger together. The chemistry between the characters, especially Axel's contributions, is electrifying and keeps readers hooked throughout. The humor, banter, found family dynamic, emotional moments, and unexpected plot twists make Ruthless Rebel a rollercoaster of emotions that readers will thoroughly enjoy.

As I eagerly anticipate book three, I can't help but wish for more scenes showcasing the group's camaraderie. KC Kean's storytelling prowess shines in this installment, leaving me both excited for what's to come yet reluctant to bid farewell to these beloved characters so soon.

I really enjoyed this one! What a fun mix of continued relationship growth, and trauma facing, and connection building. Oh, and some great steamy spicy stuff in there too!

This one was a little bit predictable in that you knew things were going to look a little too good and then turn real bad. Even so, there were several surprises along the way - including some unexpected connections, some traitorous moves, and our FMC continuing to show her strength as well as vulnerability.

I feel like we didn’t go as deep on some of the characters as we did in the first book, which was fine as there were a few that were in focus and the backdrop of the battle with the Brutes MC served as a key plot driver. What I’m really enjoying is how the FMC (Scarlett) is getting to know each of the guys and actually developing different relationships with each of them. And the guys are already a tight crew so we don’t need explanation of the closeness between them. The result is more meaningful interactions coming through on the page as they push and pull and figure out what they each have together, and how that fits within their environment. I also really am intrigued by the antagonistic relationship with other MCs and how they are going to handle the Brutes. The ending to this book, another cliffhanger-ish ending, tees up more battles (internal and external) that will be fought in the third book and I’m here for it. Can’t wait to see what happens next!

This is the 2nd book in this series, we kick off straight from that crazy cliff hanger ending of book 1.
Love the MC Ruthless brothers - these 4 hot AF men are the inner circle of the MC. They are so close, but they are so utterly different from each other, each with their own kinks and demons.
Scarlett is a fantastic FMC, love her thought process, the way she can read any situation. Her ability to become a lethal weapon at any second and how nearly everyone underestimates her. Add in her bedroom (well anywhere really) steamy action with the guys 🥵🥵🔥🔥 loved the rope action 🪢🧶
All of the interactions between Molly and Scarlett, every single one of them gives so much satisfaction…. Can anyone say ‘death wish’ 😜
The enemy is brutal, with their extortion demands, the blood shed, death and outright warfare.
The Ruthless MCs have to look within and scrutinise everyone to ensure that there’s no leaked communications.
I was fascinated and genuinely impressed with the steps certain characters took towards overcoming/dealing with their traumas - it was really moving.
That ending - damn girl why do you keep us hanging… you lead us on this phenomenal journey of twists and turns (including lots and lots of jaw dropping steamy scenes) and we reach the peak (total new crazy left of field tidbit of info) then *bam* CUT US OFF 😢 I need more… I almost threw my kindle across the room.
Will be counting down the days until I can get my hands on book 3

HOLY SMOKE!
FIRST THING FIRST, THANK YOU KC KEAN FOR RELEASING YOUR BOOK EARLY! I FKIN LOVED IT! SO WE COME BACK TO SCAR AND HER GUYS. SCARLETT TRUE IDENTIFY IS BROUGHT TO THE LIGHT AND WHEN THE GUYS FIND OUT, THEY STILL WANT HER. THE TENSION BETWEEN AXEL AND RYKER IS TOUGH TO READ THROUGH BUT THEY EVENTUALLY COMES TO TURN. AXEL IS FINALLY
OPENING UP WITH SCAR. EMMETT IS STILL OUR BIG O' TEDDY BEAR WHILE GRAY IS OUR LIGHT DURING A DARK DAY. LEARNING ABOUT SCARLETT AND SHIFT RELATIONSHIP IS MORE FRIENDLY THEN ROMANTIC IS GOOD BECAUSE 4 GUYS ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH. STILL CAN'T STAND MOLLY AND I FEEL LIKE HER ROLE IN THE STORY WILL COME MORE DEVIOUS AS THE STORY WILL GO SINCE SHE THINKS THE GUYS SHOULD WORSHIP HER.. THE SMUT SCENES ARE HOT ASF! LIKE SCOLDING HOT! POOR DUFFER... AFTER FINDING OUT ABOUT SCARLETT AND DUFFER PASS, THE ENDING WILL HURT. I REALLY LOVE EMILY RELATIONSHIP WITH SCARLETT AND HOW SHE TEACHES HER HOW TO READ.

OVERALL, THIS STORY IS AMAZING. I LOVE THE CHEMISTRY AND THE FIGHT IN FMC. NOBDY LIKES A WEAK FMC. I LOVE HOW THE GUYS ALL AGREE TO BE WITH HER EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS A TOUGH PAST. I CANT WAIT FOR BOOK 3..

RATING
10/10 OVERALL WITH DETAILED STORY
HEAT: 8/5 ( ROPE PLAY, MM WITH GROUP)
FMMMM AND MM
RCVD AN EARLY COPY BUT HONEST OPINION

This book gave me everything. All the feels and it’s so freaking good.
Getting to see into the past that scar had and seeing what she had to go through to survive was so sad. Knowing what her father put her through to make her into his very own grim reaper shatters my heart for her. It also shows how strong she is to have gone through that and then see just how much light and love she tries to bring to those she cares about.
Then that moment with Axel the the garage🥺 them opening up to each other and letting them see the darkness they both have from their past was sad and sweet all in one.
When Emmett and Emily went to the dr for Scar had me rolling 😂 and Scarlett and Duffer having known each other when they were kids was heart warming and sad.
Ryker made me so mad with that Molly crap. She deserves everything that Scar was going to do to her and more.
I love shift and can’t wait to see what might happen with him and Emily 😍 but I love that shift sticks up for Scarlett and speaks up on her behalf when she’s not around. She needs that friendship.
Also screw euro for what he did. He got loved ones taken away for nothing. He deserved everything that Axel did to him and more.
That ending 😭😭 my heart shattered into a million pieces with that elevator scene 😭😭
But her doing what she did to protect Emily 🥺 then her getting back to where she belongs and Axel going to her 😭 this ending has me so emotional.
I cannot wait til the next book.

Wow!! I think I read the entire thing in like three hours, and then it was absolutely all I could think about! Book 3 needs to be here yesterday!!!

I absolutely LOVE how all the revelations surrounding Scarlett were written! I love reading about trauma and how it can be overcome, and the way it was addressed in this book was excellent. We get so much more info about Scar’s background, as well as how her personality melds and changes around the guys.

This book really works to give us a better insight into all the guys, as well as the other side characters we come into contact with. Stitch and Emily are such amazing additions to this MC story, as well as sweet Maggie. I loved reading more about Axel and all his drama. She really connects with him, and even though it opens him up, it brings in a new dynamic. I feel like my favorite guy changed over and over throughout the book!

Let me tell you though, if the book had ended like 2 chapters before it did, I would have died. Although we still end on a cliffhanger, it isn’t as gut wrenching as it could have been (thank you KC we love you).

I always go back to Parker Parker and Luna from Featherstone days, but I feel like these characters may finally change that for me!

This book brought about so many inconsistencies, so I had difficulty trying to keep up. Add in that there was very little plot and too much sexy times going on, and you run into a pretty boring book. I stayed with it because I do like the story and I want to see how it goes, but this book could probably have been omitted and not affected much at all.

Book one we have her sending and receiving texts with Shift. This is how they primarily communicated. Not to mention, I think a laptop was mentioned in book one as well. Then, here we are in book two, and suddenly she can't read? She can only make out small words like cat and dog, but flower is a struggle. This doesn't make sense. At the end of this book, she was typing out a text, too, and it doesn't really need to be in there. It isn't used as a plot device.

In this book, not much is really happening. The found the mole, sprinkle in a LOT of sex in there, and you have this book. The situation with Kincaid could have been pushed to book 3, book 1 could have had the mole, then you can leave out book 2 altogether.
I got to a point where I was skimming over it, just to get through to the story.

I will continue to the next book so we can tie everything off, but hopefully more happens.

This series is full of inconsistencies. Normally I just ignore them but they were huge and messed up the flow of the story. The author needs to edit this story like 3 more times to get rid of all the problems. She mixes up Emmett with the other E name in the book multiple times she mixes up Molly with Maggie which is confusing. She completely forgot that in book 2 she had a clicker that opens the gates to the bad guys place and in book 3 it is never mentioned and they can never find the bad guys compound or how to get in when they finally find it. Those were the most annoying inconsistencies but thats not even half of them edit the story all 3 books need heavily editing and then i believe the series could be 3 stars.

Oh and add in the fact she supposedly cant read they mention half way through the series well than how fid she play video games and she was texting the whole series so she must have been able to read texts ya story did not flow or make sense with the inconsistencies

I read all the series books back to back so the inconsistencies and problems with the story line were blatantly obvious I recommend the author does the same and edits all the issues.

I loved it! Ruthless Rebel starts right where Ruthless Rage left off with some truth bombs! While there wasn't as much action in this book. Wait... ok there is action, a lot of action. We find a mole, there's some fighting, there's some Taken moments, there's some wonderful sexy moments. But what really moved this series further was the all the character development. While so many truths came to light in Ruthless Rage, now is when everyone figures out where they're at and what they want from each other. Gray is the absolutely perfect happy in love puppy. Scarlett figures out some stuff of her own on what she wants. And Axel... well our grumpy - doesn't want to be touched - Sergeant At Arms, really figures out what he wants; which is a new vice to replace the old. If you love some rope play you're gonna swoon over Axel's. While KC Kean didn't leave us with too bad a cliffhanger, we do have some sadness and some more truth bombs being revealed. Can't wait to see where these head to next!

Incredible!

Every book written by this author I've loved, and Ruthless Rebel is possibly my favourite so far. Once I started reading I couldn't put it down, it's even gotten me out of a book slump, but I am already feeling the effects of a book hangover. If you haven't already then start this series, it is amazing.
I loved book 1 but this, so much just falls together and I've loved getting to see characters overcome their own hurdles and develop. I loved the spice beforehand, and in this book so much more... VERY SPICY. It was hot, I did need a few small breaks! The emotions and angst just WOW, this book took a hammer to my emotions, I cried, I laughed and fell more and more for the Ruthless Brothers. I am now firmly on #TeamAxel, he's become my favourite (I'm looking forward to reading more and seeing if that changes). Loved Scarlett even more than I already did, fierce and loyal, I've not enjoyed reading a FMC as much in awhile as I have with her. She is amazing.
