Ren you did it again! I absolutely love these stories. I am never disappointed by this series or each story. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick read and what’s good about these stories is that they are all connected but can definitely be read as a stand alone.

Overall, I did like the story and the things that I mention below that confused me/didn’t make sense didn’t keep me from enjoying what I was reading. This is a cute series, and whilst this just wasn’t my fav of the bunch, I’m still glad I read it. With all that said, it’s still worth a read, especially if you enjoy the series! (Which I do!)

I liked both MCs quite a lot. The MMC was sweet and protective. He’s nursing a broken heart and fearful of growing feelings for someone new. The FMC has survived a lot, whilst she has a great deal of fear in her heart, she also has some inner-strength too; she survived and left an abusive relationship after all. I totally felt emotions along with the characters, like when she was totally mortified, I felt that with her, 💯%. The steamy scenes were great and well-written. 🥰

What I struggled with were a few things in the story that just absolutely did not make sense to me. For example, the MMC not realizing he was sad over his broken heart? It takes him a year to figure out his heart is broken? There’s NO way; you get left like that and you’d never mistake the pain for anything else. Saying the nephew trusted his uncle, more than familial bonds? He’s a little kid, of course he just trusts his uncle because he’s family… The FMC swearing to never date anyone in an entire city ever again because that’s where she met her abusive ex? It’s make more sense to say she would never love again due to abusive ex, the geographical component was odd. And then the MMC telling the FMC aloud that he’ll never love again, all whilst desperately wanting to be with her, even though that’s not how he felt, at all.

Andria just moved him after being in an abusive relationship. While babysitting for Lennon she is greeted by a handsome man she thought was an intruder but it was Lennon's brother, he little boy she's watching Uncle.
Hendrix was asked to go over to his brothers house and check it out as he thought someone may have broken in. Hendrix was greeted by a gorgeous girl coming after him with a frying pan. Anything to protect the child she's watching. Hendrix introduced himself to her.
Both feel a connection between them but they are bot getting over bad break ups and they can't let these feelings happen to quickly.
Andria came home from work and found flowers and thought they were from Hendrix ink to find out they weren't and the only order person would be from her ex. Few days later she found jewellery and knew they were from her ex. Scared she text Hendrix to get there quickly cases her ex is there. Before he could get there her ex tried to attack her. She stands her ground and before he could do anything, Hendrix comes through the door to protect his woman and to take down her ex.
After the police came and took her ex away, their could start living the life they were always meant to be together as a whole. No more broken hearts.

Hendrix and Andria's Story . . .

Hendrix and Andria have an interesting first meeting. Andria is on her second day as a nanny for Hendrix’s brother’s son Braxton. A huge giant of a man comes through the door and Andria comes at him with a heavy iron frying pan to protect the child. He grabs her wrist before she clobbers him, and Braxton happily calls out “Uncle Hendrix”! When everything has calmed down, the two adults find themselves actually attracted to each other. But both are cautious about relationships due to recent bad experiences.

Andria’s biggest fear is that her abusive ex-boyfriend will find her. So when flowers show up on her doorstep with no card identifying who sent them, she assumes they were from Hendrix. She goes to Hendrix’s workplace with chocolate chip cookies to thank him and finds that the flowers were not from him. She realizes immediately that it must have been Gabe and she is in danger. When she finds a note on the floor near her bed, she has confirmation that it definitely was Gabe, and he is close by and watching her. Should she go to the police? Should she leave town and go on the run again? Or will Hendrix protect her from her ex and take her home with him this time, ready to protect her forever?

Hendrix is a steamy, instalove, curvy girl and her protector romance. Hendrix is a hunky, inked giant with a heart if gold. Andria is a young,curvy girl, working as a nanny for his brother's son. The two meet while she is taking care of his nephew, Braxton. It's love at first sight for both of them, but both have been hurt in the past. When Andria's abusive ex returns will she let Hendrix protect her? And will Andria heal his broken heart too? I loved these characters. Their chemistry was off the charts and loved how fiercely Hendrix took care of her. Great short and steamy read!!.

There were a lot of things I truly enjoyed about this book. I read the three prior to this book and loved the fact that this one had the most action. It was kept me on my toes and kept me reading. I also found it charming that once again the couple of the story fell in love quickly and ended with babies and marriages. However, this book had a lot of repetitive language which I couldn’t seeing once I found them in the first few chapters. Other than that, it was a good book. Not the best book I’ve read, but good. I am starting Nash now!.

This is the fourth book in the Men of Scarlett Ridge series and I think Hendrix is my fav so far. He is a bad boy tattoo artist with a broken heart of gold. Andria is Jackson’s sister (Jackson’s story in book 1) and just moved back to Scarlett Ridge. We learn that the reason she left was broken heart and an abusive relationship. Could these two find enough in each other to mend their hearts? This is a great short instalove book. We have an alpha bad boy protector, instant attraction, steam, danger, and love. I have enjoyed the series so far and can’t wait on Nash’s story.

Short but great!

This is the 4th installment in this series. It can just as easily be a stand-alone read. Hendrix and Andria both have a past that lead them to a deeper connection with each other than most would see. And when one of their pasts come back to create havoc they will pull together to keep each other safe and get them out of their lives forever. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick HEA.

Andria has returned home after hearing that her ex no longer lived there. Working as a nanny, she gets a shock with a big tattoo guy walks in to the bosses house.

Hendrix gets a call from his brother to check on things at his house. When he arrived, he could feel someone was there and was shock to see a young woman and a frying pan coming towards him.

Hendrix and Andria heat up the pages, throw in the danger of her ex/stalker and this story has you heart pumping.

I loved Hendrix: A Mountain Man Curvy Girl Short Instalove Romance Book 4 of Mountain Men of Scarlet Ridge. Hendrix and Andria are both still recovering from a broken heart but they find each other. When danger comes for Andria, Hendrix knows he will, do anything to protect her. A short and sweet love story about taking chances and finding true love. Great characters, I love these Scarlet Ridge books. I would definitely recommend this book.

Hendrix isn’t looking for life after having his heart broken before, Andria is on the run from her abusive ex and has taken a job as a nanny. Just so happens that the kid she’s nannying is Hendrix’s nephew. Hendrix falls fast for Andria and she quickly breaks down the walls around his heart. Andria is still worried about letting a man get close to her again but as her ex comes closer and closer back to her she needs someone to help and Hendrix is her knight with tattoos.

Hendrix is a tatoo artist that has had his heart broken. Andria just moved back to the town she left behind fleeing from an abusive boyfriend. Now that her ex is back can she rely on Hendrix to keep her safe? This was a great book. I loved the characters. The story, though short, was well written and offered drama and passion.

Hendrix and Andria both have pasts they are still dealing with, but when they meet there is an instant connection, I enjoyed seeing this connection spark and grow. The story could be read on it's own, but I have enjoyed reading it as part of a series. There was one area of the story I thought might have a little more to it but it didn't stop me from enjoying seeing them get their HEA.

Safe. No ow, h’s ex was abusive and she moved back home after their breakup. He starts leaving her gifts and eventually breaks into her place. H stops him before anything can happen.
H has a broken heart from a break up with a woman who chose drugs over him.
He’s been with others casually, it’s just a quick mention.
h hasn’t been with anyone since breaking up with her abusive ex.
No described abuse and no cheating.

This was fun addition to the series and I loved Hendrix and Andria together. Both were very different from each other but they each were carrying hurts from the past. Together, their fab chemistry and connection let them find a forever kind of love. Expect to be entertained with humourous situations, drama and steamy romance as their journey to an HEA unfolds :D

This was my first book by this author and will probably be the last. I did not enjoy the writing style at all. I did not enjoy the dialogue. And the two MCs felt like strangers sta the end of the book; they had a robotic way of speaking to each other. I you like this author, you will like this book, the story idea was great; it just didn't hit for me.

They may have met under strange circumstances but the connection is pure combustion. He's a giant tattooed man with a soft understanding of Andria's fears. He steps up when her abusive ex threatens. Love the healing hearts aspect of the story. Talk about a grand gesture!

I’m loving this series and the guys from Inked Redemption and this is Andria’s and Hendrix’s story, they both have suffered bad heartbreak never wanting to fall in love again but their attraction to each other was undeniable. Fantastic story I loved the characters and I highly recommend this book.

A spicy instalove romance that I adored. It was a quick and enjoyable. It shows that you can’t judge a book by it’s cover as Hendrix is covered in tattoos and he is Andria’s hero.

I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
