This is one of the best books I've read on Astral Travel. The techniques are lucid and proven. This is my 5th time reading this text, and my understanding keeps improving with every turn of the page. If you are a tyro or a long-time practitioner of astral travel/lucid dreaming, consider evaluating at least one chapter of this text, Ch 3 would be a good choice as well as the Ch 5 on Astral Time Travel. Why ride a Ship/Machine, when you can just send your Mind? Happy astral traveling, be safe and protect yourself!

I had high hopes for this book, but sadly it fell short of my expectations. The book wants to teach us how to astral project, however I didn't find any real tutorial on how to do it. Everything here is clouded in mysticism and the occult (I don't have a problem with the occult per se) and the steps to learn to get out of body were so weird, I had to laugh at times. When you lie down you need your head to be facing a particular direction, and wow men with beards need to shave for best results. I'm only glad I wasn't asked to shave my legs for the occasion.

The steps themselves are very basic, and really don't tell much. But there is a lot of talk about astral sex (how to do it) and how to actually form a long lasting relationship with someone in the astral (be it with your real life partner or not).

Then on one hand the author says astral projection is really safe, only to have a whole chapter on the dangers of OBEs, posession, and similar things. In all honestly I couldn't take this book seriously at all. If you want to learn AP, do yourself the favor and read books by Robert Monroe, Robert Bruce and William Buhlman instead.

I do believe in the occult, but astral projection is a natural phenomenon that we all do every single night (albeit unconsciously). There is nothing mystic about going out of body, not in the way these authors make the claim for it.

I am all for occultism/mysticism but if you are looking for a book that provides a practical, reality-rooted guide to astral projection this is absolutely not the book for you. The approach to instructing the reader about astral projection is primarily focused on weirdly concocted religious ideas from the authors and sounds fully wackjob-esque at times, honestly. The reason I give this book 1 star, though, is its totally bizarre focus on sex in the astral realm. This felt so stupid to me and made me chuckle so many times while reading. The book writes as though 90% of people interested in astral projecting are doing it just to get down and dirty and mingle with other single astral bodies in the upper realms which is far from the truth in my own opinion and the opinions of others I’ve seen who have spoken on the topic. Stay away from this lol. You’d get better advice from a simple google search.

Very good book. Detailed in astral projection. I recommended to read it again like the book says so you can write down notes and gain a better understanding on what you need to do.

I need to re-read it again (and again) since I have not apparently learned how to travel astrally....it was very well written, a magical text book written by the Frosts.
