It is a well organized text book designed for the first time rag doll owner. I found it helpful. Particular in the 'preparing for the kitten to arrive' suggestions. It could have been more comprehensive; as it was I purchased two books by different authors and found enough different topics nuances, options and worthwhile anecdotes to give value to both. They could have been combined. One topic not covered well was bathing, another was how to keep the pet from outdoor yearning. Calling them "indoor cats" doesn't mean that being indoors is a rag doll preference; it is simply for their safety that keeping them indoors is recommended. How to adjust this breed to collars and walking harnesses; plus when to start is another topic that could have had detail. Good but could have been better. Worthy of the price, I would say.
