About the author

I worked 30 years in journalism and later pursued a career in acting. I've always loved writing, and have scripted audio dramas as well as short film screenplays. My favourite genres in reading are a mix of supernatural, historical fiction/nonfiction, thrillers and mysteries. My main book writing genre is supernatural.

I really enjoyed this collection of four stories here. The book started brilliantly with "The Elusive Mr Shade" and a deal with the devil. Great twist here. "Annabel" was very dark with an interesting twist too. "Devil of a Game" has a very unusual idea concerning the devil's action. "Demons" was a bit disturbing but gave good insight into the mind of the main character. Well written, compelling, eerie at parts. A real good set of stories. Highly recommended!

3.5 stars for this one some areas of the book were genuinely quite disturbing - looking forward to more of the same from this author.
