3.5 sexy, though slightly clichéd and unoriginal stars

This series has been a guilty pleasure of mine for whenever I need a go-to smutty and sexy little read. Unfortunately, it seems that they have gotten just too predictable lately. Ever since book 3, it seems that they are all written on the same formula:

Take a 20-something virgin that is also extremely shy, with self-image issues, and a somewhat broken past.

Add three Doms, with issues of their own. But for variety's sake make one of them be already pretty much in love with the heroine, the second one surly and lusting after the heroine but unsure about the relationship, and third one be a plain asshole with relationship issues who is questioning pretty much everything.

Add in a few spankings, some bondage, shake, and you got yourself a menage COCKtail.

Entertaining? Somewhat
Smutty? Well, duh!
Original?

Not so much

Will I read the next book, if there will be one? Probably. But I certainly won't be rushing to Amazon to purchase it.

I started reading this series at some point in 2013 and as you can see from my ratings, I quite enjoyed the books. I put it aside after a few because it got to be repetitive and that factor alone was taking me out of the story and not allowing me to enjoy the delicious kinkiness that is this series.

I picked it back up because I'm taking part in a Diverse Romance Challenge bingo game and a polyamory relationship is one of the squares. After finishing the book, I'm not actually going to count it towards the challenge because the story didn't ring true to me. Honestly, it was borderline ridiculous. I didn't believe in the attraction. I didn't believe in the relationship. And I didn't believe in the story line. So it didn't work for me. AND .... this is a first for me with these authors. I am a HUGE fan of them both.

I want to address something I've been reading in quite a few reviews about this series and that's it's repetitive nature. Okay, so here's the thing .... these authors are practically telling you with a neon sign that you are about to read the same story different names. If you didn't pick up from the titles of every one of the books that all the heroines were going to be virgins then you weren't paying attention. If you didn't realize from THAT but read the name of the series and blurbs to the books and STILL did not pick up that this would TOTALLY be a series you just indulge in with no substance then you REALLY weren't paying attention. And in MY humble opinion, if YOU weren't paying attention, then it really isn't the author's fault ....

3/5 ⭐

Ever so slightly cliché but the writing was good.
The smut was great.
The dialogue, the banter and the humor was fantastic.

I'm adding a few of my favorite quotes/parts here---

"I thought you read romances. Doesn't every female walking the face of the earth have a deeply romantic vision of BDSM by now?" -Dominic

(God! I cackled like a choking hyena at this!)

// If both he and Riley died, Law would kill them all and then take care of Kinley. As lousy as the situation was, this was exactly why he'd sought a ménage. No one had been there for Carrie. When Greg had seen her as a paycheck, she'd been all alone. Three men were fighting for Kinley. She had three chances to live because every single one of them would die for her. He could relax because his brothers had his back. // -Dominic

(Okay. This stopped me short. I'd never thought of someone's mindset behind seeking a ménage relationship along these lines of life and death and safety and security at the end of the day.)

// Wife. She was their wife. It didn't matter that they hadn't taken vows. It didn't matter that he'd never told her he loved her. She was theirs, and he refused to let her go. // -Law

((The world's changing and becoming more accepting of queer romances but ménage relationships are still scandalous. Being prive to Law's innermost thoughts here as to how he viewed Kinley, even BEFORE he'd confessed his love for her, was heartwarming to say the least.))

"I got shot saving you. That should speak very clearly about my feelings. After all, I'll bear the scars of loving you for the rest of my life." -Kinley to Dominic

(You go, girl! Tell them! You're one badass woman!)

All in all, it was good. It had a plot (mafia, crime, murder, abduction, gunfights and more) which is more than most ménage books seem to have.
The dogs added a sweeter and more hilarious touch to this story and I was all for it.

The interactions between Dominic, Riley and Gigi were the best!

Lexie Blake's Their Virgin series is kind of like Fun with Dick and Jane does menage a quatro.

Stalwart and lighthearted bro heroes see virgin.
Virgin has curves.
Surly hero wants virgin too.
Stalwart hero, lighthearted bro hero, surly hero and virgin have sex.

Somehow along the way the terrific trio save the non-virgin from a big bad villain.

Lather, rinse and repeat.

So far this one is pretty cute as the heroine is yet another innocent dingbat with a little dog. Normally, I am a big dog person, but since I'm having surgery on my rackin fracking (thank you Yosemite Sam) finger tomorrow due to a dog vs squirrel incident, I can see the value of a cute little dog.

Example of h's cutesy-ness. She thinks her boys have abandoned her and her Yorkie who was molested by the Dom's bulldog.

Dear Dominic, Riley, and Law, Thank you so much for the lovely floral arrangement and for saving my life. It was a kind thing to do. And I truly appreciated the lessons in sexuality and ménage. I will never forget the spankings. They meant so much to me. Sincerely, Kinley Kohl. P.S., you owe me for puppy support.

Really good - not the best of the series but loved the storyline and even had a few tears for Kinley here & there . . . she really got effed over by so many people. You gotta read it to find out how.

My only gripe is that while there is a HEA, no cliffhanger and a step-up for her BFFs story - it felt the ending was sort of abrupt. Where was the epilogue? Or more of a step up of where Annabelle's story will go with the the lawyers (like how that last book brought us this book w/ Kinley's kidnapping).

With that - it was a good addition to the series.

This is the fifth installment in the "Masters Of Menage" series featuring Dominic, Riley, and Law.

This trio was cameoed in the previous installment "Their Virgin Princess" which ended with a video showing the trio kidnapping Kinley Kohl just prior to her wedding. Heck she was in her actual wedding gown. Knowing that I was still able to enjoy the antics as the socialite, who of course is a virgin, is given the potential to have a fantasy affair with these three. Yummy !!!!

I'll just cut to the chase. This installment isn't one of my favs. Had potential and I did appreciate the adult content scenes which included menage, m/f, and m/f/mm action. But. The plot itself was weak and there are obvious inconsistencies in the storyline which I attribute to the fact that this is a two author collaboration and things weren't caught (sorry spoiler potential so i can't get into them) along the way. On the other hand it could have been that the previous two installments had set the bar and this book fell fall short of my expectations and hopes.

Things started slowly and I had a hard time getting into it as it dragged along for the first third of this book. Happily things started to look up when a very dangerous yet cute Moose jump started the action scenes (teaser reference) and I settled in to hopefully have a change of heart in my feelings. Unfortunately things switched to the other extreme and all I can say is sex, sex, sex. The end result is the climatic ending had a rushed feeling that was more of a wrap up of things than a natural progression of events. I really wish more "payback is a b*tch" and "revenge is best served cold" attitude would have been infused into this book. Sure I love to experience a budding relationship but give me something to anchor it to. Action/adventure/mystery/thriller/suspense/fight scenes. I want to know the good guy triumphs in more than just the bedroom.

Overall this book had it moments which is why I'm sticking to the four star instead of 3 (I would have gone with a 3.5 if that was an option).

Great book! I don't usually like books where the heroine is abducted and held captive and abused, but this one wasn't like that. The sex was hot and the BDSM wasn't over the top. I liked the fact that the heroine, Kinley is BBW. I've read them out of order it may be because I'm a little confused about the characters, but I'm not sure if I liked this one was much as the others in the series. However, I gave it 4 stars because I have to say (again!) that the sex scenes were hot.

*****Re-read for the 2nd time*****
Last read on 7/23/2015

I don't really have anything to add after reading for the 2nd time except that I would love to read more of this series that I haven't read before, but I'm just unwilling to plop down $5 for the book. I'm hoping maybe I can find it in paperback or ebook at my local library.

Kinley Kohl is about to be married to a man she does not love, but to help her father and keep her charity she is willing to sacrifice herself for it. When she is kidnapped though, she is confused as to why. The man Kinley was about to marry is not who she thinks and the man she befriended recently is not who he claimed to be either, feeling utterly betrayed Kinley doesn't know who to trust.

Law Anders was the man watching Kinley, he knew she was the one who he and his brother and best friend have been looking for. However Dominic Anthony is more focused on revenge for his sisters death and his brother Riley can't believe a woman of Kinley's station can be trusted. Both don't expect Kinley to be so endearing, but she is dealing with feeling stupid for not seeing what was going on around her and is worried she is getting played again. The three men will have to figure out how to earn her trust and keep her safely by their side.

Entertaining read, enjoyed Kinley who had quiet a bit of spunk. Had some very funny moments with Kinley and the dogs they own. Dominic was pure dom, Riley was aloof and Law was a sweetheart. Another wonderful read from Shayla Black and Lexi Blake.

this is like fifty shades but with three men instead of one, throw in some kidnapping, a sprinkle of action drama and initiation to bdsm. That's all the description you need going into this book.if you are.

The heroine is sometimes just dumb, sometimes she is alright, she has her own moments, all good.
The heros, all fucked up besides Law we love law he is a man of culture and is sweet, they have their fucked up past, issues to do through. Surprise, they all go through these issues thanks to, I dont remember the heroine's name although I am reviewing this straight after I finished it because they kept calling, baby, pet and sweetheart.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

Okay. I might have to be done with Shayla Black and Lexi Blake.

Why do I keep coming back when I am angry everytime? And the narrative is... So weak. Like this is obviously marketed toward menage kink erotica and not menage romance - I get that. But I keep coming back for the latter, fooling myself.

However. I'd let that slide. If it weren't for the blatant homophobia and prejudice. The "it's a crime for someone so attractive to be a gay man" and "is your sister bisexual? She might want to prepare to shift her sexuality to survive in prison." Absolutely unnecessary and ugly.

Their Virgin Hostage by Shayla Black and Lexi Blake was an emotionally charged, erotic masterpiece. When these two authors get together and put pen to paper, let me tell you, magic happens. They know how to bring their readers to their knees and they pretty much guarantee to have you emotionally invested in the wonderful, complex characters that they bring to life. Be prepared to enter a world full of gorgeous possessive Doms, a hilarious adorable submissive, and the jackass that tries to tear them apart.

"I think I would take love any way it came to me."

Kinley Kohl always wanted to please everyone around her. So much so that people took advantage of that fact. She never thought of what would help her, it was always give, give, give, and never take. With her late mom's charity going under and her father's health deteriorating, she thought she was doing the right thing by marrying a wealthy man that could possibly save her family. It didn't matter that she wasn't attracted to him in the least. It didn't matter that she felt no love for this man. All that mattered was that she was doing the right thing for her family. No matter what her best friend or anyone else says, nothing short of a kidnapping would stop her from doing the honorable thing.

"Get your head out of this fucking fairy tale. There's no such thing as "the one.""

"Riley wasn't sure what to do, but he knew he wanted more than one casual fuck after another. He wanted a family."

Riley Anders was a computer geek with a big chip on his shoulder. He was burned badly in his past by a total bitch of a woman, a woman who he thought he could share with his best friend and brother, but when the relationship started getting serious, Riley found out that she wanted different things, she wanted money over love, and it broke him. After feeling so rejected, it had become extremely hard for him to imagine a woman out there he could trust to handle all three of them.

"I was a soldier. Special Forces. You can't imagine the things I've done. I didn't to college. I don't deserve you, Kinley, but I fucking want you. So bad."

"God, Kinley, when I heard you laugh for the first time, it was like...I could see color in the world.

Law Anders was more than the muscle of the group. He was as loyal as they come. Law was a tough SOB. He wanted desperately to find the woman that could bring them all to their knees, and he found that in Kinley Kohl. All he had to do was convince his brothers that she wasn't just another gold digger that would marry anyone for money, that she just wasn't a job they had to take care of. Kinley Kohl WAS the missing piece to their kinky puzzle.

"He could call himself the Dom, but he'd spent his life looking for the woman who could move him and make him want to surrender his heart."

"Tell me to stop. Tell me to walk away. I need you to because I fucking can't."

Dominic Anthony was a man that took charge, a man that dominated an entire room. Authority just oozed from this man, and whatever he had to say, you listened. He was in this to seek revenge for his sister's death. It was what motivated him. His goal was not to fall in love with his hostage, it was to avenge Carrie's death. He couldn't afford to screw this up, but one look at Kinley and he knew, even though he fought it to death, he KNEW that she was the perfect sub for him.

Sweetheart, what you're feeling, besides arousal, is the connection between a Dom and a sub. You could get it with a lover in other ways, but this is how we find it. We play. We grow together. We share these parts of ourselves."

I already fell in love with these three men a while back, this story just cemented that fact. Even though Riley, Law, and Dominic drove me crazy sometimes, and I just wanted to scream at them and hit them upside their heads, they still held on to a piece of my heart. Their passion, their intensity, and their love they had for Kinley was amazing. It was so easy to get inside of Kinley's head and feel her anticipation during the scenes with the men. At first you felt her insecurities and it broke your heart, but when she was around these three, all that evaporated and all she felt was that she NEEDED them, and they NEEDED her.

Their Virgin Hostage had everything you would expect from a Shayla Black and Lexi Blake story. It was full of passion, heat, incredible sex scenes, and raw emotions that melt your heart and blew your mind. This story was also filled with angst and suspense that kept you on your toes. This story can be read as a standalone, but I do recommend reading the series in order, because there is definitely character cross-over that you don't want to miss. I recommend Their Virgin Hostage, not only because it was a TOP PICK for me, but because these characters will take a piece of your heart and won't let go. These characters will stick with you way after you turn the last page.

Ok, so there were parts of this book that I really loved and then there were parts that I didn't. A brief synopsis...the lead heroine (Kinley) is about to marry a man (Greg) that she does not love for the sake of saving her family. Her mother died and she was left to take care of their foundation Hope House, her father has cancer with mounting hospital bills and her sister is, well she's just a bitch but Kinley is determined to help and support her family, so she agrees to marry this man who is supposed to save her family from impending ruin. Kinley ends up getting kidnapped by the Heros of this book...Law, Dominic and Riley (who just happen to like to share one woman while in the bedroom). Law and Riley are brothers and Dominic is their very best friend. Dom is seeking vengenance against Greg for something personal that happened in Dom's past, so they devise a plan to kidnap Kinley in order to obtain information with the hopes of bringing Greg to justice. And that, my friends, is where the story takes off.

So, here's my likes: I abosolutely adored Law. He was the best character in the entire book. His part in the kidnapping was to befriend Kinley to gather intel. While doing this, he grew to really care for her and basically fell for her. So, when they captured her, he was instantly ready to jump into a relationship with her and never waivered from that feeling. He was the one that Kinley grew to depend on and trust from the get go and I really connected the best with those two. The two dogs in the book where absolutely hysterical! Dom's dog was a pitbull and Kinley's dog was a pampered mini Yorkie that the men constantly referred to as a "rat thing". The banter surrounding these two animals was really a hoot to read!

Now, on to the dislikes: Although I did enjoy the character of Kinley, there were times that she seemed so dense and TSTL that I found myself rolling my eyes and saying "Oh, geez..really"? But there were also times that I enjoyed her personality, humor and need to help other people. Riley and Dominic both had their moments of being complete and total asshats. Riley was the worst. His snarky comments and childish behavior was a little over the top at times and I felt sorry for Kinley on more then one occassion with his treatment of her. Riley's reasoning for mistreatment was kinda weak, IMO. Same thing with Dom, there were a couple of times that his treatment was just plain mean. But, thankfully Kinley had Law to comfort and care for her. Eventually Dom and Riley got their heads on straight and all four embarked in a sexy, sizzling romance with BDSM flares.

Overall, this book was good, but not one of the best. I do enjoy this series and will continue with it!

Summary – 3.5 stars
Their Virgin Hostage by Shayla Black and Lexi Blake is a classic style romance where a virginal heroine falls in both lust and love with three stunning examples of Alpha maleness. Kinley, the heroine, is kidnapped minutes before her extravagant New York wedding by Dominic, Law, and Riley and swept away to the wilderness of Alaska where they plan to keep her until they can prove the evil deeds of her fiance. The bad guys are completely evil and the skinny bitch gets whats coming to her in the end. Kinley discovers the joys of menage sex along with true love. Their Virgin Hostage is a guilty pleasure full of trashy goodness. This is book 5 of the series, but can be read as a stand alone story. It's worth the $5 ebook price.

Fantasy World
Some suspension of disbelief is necessary. Kinley is a 25 year old virginal, New York socialite who at the beginning of the story is very naive. Our modern image of socialites is more Paris Hilton than Mother Theresa.

Tingle Factor
There's plenty of tingle as the lovers go from zero to faster than the speed of a bullet in just a few days. Light BDSM and menage included.

Romance
This is a heart warming story where strong men take care of their woman in the name of true love. The three of them complete each other in a way none of them have ever experienced before.

Drama
The four of them are being hunted by law enforcement and bad guys alike while struggling to find evidence of Kinley's fiance's guilt before they are found. Their romance keeps pace with the hunt and tension is kept at premium levels.

Heroine
Kinley is a bit of a Mary Sue who starts out somewhat annoying but smartens up nicely over the course of the book. She lets everyone walk all over her until she ends up in the worst possible situation with no self esteem and no escape. You'll want to shake her and yell, “Snap out of it!” However, she does get extra credit for having a very cute dog complete with hair bow.

Heroes
Dominic, Law, and Riley follow the Alpha male archetypes - two of them are ex-military and one is rich. They want to find the one woman who will complete them and that they can share as brothers. Law never thought he'd find anyone who could love him, and Riley has been burnt by love in the past. Dominic wants revenge for his sister's murder, and has a lovable mutt. Just because they're typical doesn't mean they're not fun to read.

Check out my other listens at Eargasms Audiobook Reviews

I really enjoyed the story this time. I have resigned myself to the whole "virgin" hook. It is just something I deal with, I enjoy the series so that isn't such a sacrifice.

I loved Kinley and all her sassy sweetness. She is a fun character to read and I loved that she didn't turn into a puddle when facing everything that came her way. She really had a lot to deal with throughout the book. She was also smart enough to work the situation when it called for subterfuge.

Dominic, Law and Riley are the typical he-men that you come to expect in this series. Yummy and delicious but a touch flawed on the inside. Of the three Law is my favorite, I am a sucker for the dark and brooding type who falls hard!

The steam factor is especially delicious! Oh la, the hot and heavy action!! There seems to be a touch of a pattern for the steam in this series, I can almost make a general outline for what will happen in the smexy scenes of these books. The BDSM is still lighter, more spankings and Dom talk, but that is the way I prefer things. I totally love that all the girls have brat tendencies, those are my favorite heroines!

The big turn/mystery in the plot line was kinda obvious, I saw it coming from about the second mention of the illegal activity. That didn't stop me from enjoying things, it just did not come as a surprise when things are revealed.

Loved the mixed narrative, I am all about getting everybody's POV. I listened to the audio-book and loved the narrator, Serena Daniels. She does a terrific job with the voices and when she reads the smexy Dom stuff, oh boy! She really brings the story to life.

Love this series, but I breezed through them, now I have to wait until April for the next book!! I hear it is going to be a certain BFF and some sexy Chicago lawyers!

Shadow‘s review posted on Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews

5 STARS

This is the fifth in the Masters of Ménage series and a delightful addition to the lineup. Written by Shayla Black and Lexi Blake (aka Sophie Oak), this book features more of Sophie Oak’s quirky humor, along with a brave, sweet, but vulnerable heroine, three hunky men who needed to be slapped in places, and lots of hot sex.

Kinley Kohl is marrying Greg Jansen in order to save her family. Her father has cancer and she must come up with the money for his treatment. Greg has promised to save her mother’s charity foundation and pay her father’s medical bills in exchange for the old-money, impeccable background Kinley brings to the marriage. Because she feels she has to go through with the marriage, she can’t listen to her best friend when Annabelle tells her Jansen is a bad man.

Dominic Anthony and his pals Law and Riley are out to revenge the death of Dominic’s sister, Carrie, who was killed by Jansen while they were fighting overseas. They kidnap Kinley with the goal of finding out what she knows about Jansen’s operation. Other than Law, who has gotten to know Kinley, they don’t expect to fall for Kinley. She really is the woman they have all wanted to share, but can they get past their own emotional scars to let her in? And once they let her in, can they keep her safe?

As with the others in the series, the book includes steamy ménage sex and light BDSM. It was fun to read and one of those that you wanted to pick up again when you finished. Altogether a joyous romp through the wilds of Alaska where you meet a guardian moose, a Yorkie with an attitude, and four people who learn how much they need each other.

First off, I listened to the audio book of this, which was narrated by none other then, Serena Daniels, who has an amazing voice.

And now for my short review:

ugh. Romance novels. There used to be a time that I loved them, but now I can not remember why. Not the best romance novel I have ever read/heard, and it did not have the greatest plot line, though I did enjoy figuring out the mystery that was in this book, however small it may have been. Alot of the words, 'hard', 'dick', and my least favorite, 'cock', were mentioned quite a few times, more then I think necessary. Then again, my review is a little biased, seeing as I am a gay gal, listening to a heterosexual audio, full of "romance", with this 1 chosen woman, and 3 men.
Now I know what you are thinking, but hear me out first, my readers block, was just that bad, not to mention how hard (lol) it is to find a free audio book about lesbians. If you are not sure, I'll give you a small hint, Very.

Moving on!
At least by the end of this book, I semi liked the--heroin(?), and very much enjoyed the narrators voice, Serena Daniels. Other than that, I literally have nothing to say about the 3 men; they were your usual stereotypical macho men, with slight variations in their personalities (don't know why there had to be 3 of them when they could have all been combined into the Ultra Douche, but I suppose it was to make them seem not so douche...which didn't really work). So there you have it, a lesbian's review on a weird four way, but supposedly completely straight, romance book.

P.S. Serena Daniels, if you do other audio books, other than Romance, I will gladly become a fan of yours. Till next time, I bid you ado, and may I never hear you say cock/dick again.

Kinley Kohl is Greg Jansen's fiance. She is not marrying for love but for what he can do for her. He is going to pay her father's hospital bills and is going to donate millions to her deceased mother's charity. It's her wedding day and her sister is giving her a pep talk telling her it is the only way but her best friend Annabelle is trying to tell her Greg is not who he seems. Dominic Anthony, Riley Anders and Law Anders need proof of Jansen's crimes in order to convict him of Dominic's sister's murder and believe the way to get proof is through Kinley.
As with all the books in this series, there is one of the men who is reticent to start a relationship for some reason or other and the other two need to convince him because they are only complete when they are together (ugh, vomits). The plot was decent, ok characters but it's all getting a bit repetitive now. Each book has a plot with a virgin damsel in distress, men of slightly different temperaments each with slightly different roles in the relationship, each character have an epiphany of some sort and repetitive and unimaginative sex scenes.

What can I say - I love Lexi Blake, and this book has her stamp all over it - especially the fun parts!!
Law, Riley and Dom came to our intention in Their Virgin Princess and immediately you knew they were going to be amazing, and they didn't disappoint. Law is lost the moment he sees and interacts with Kinley, Dominic resists for a bit but then he realizes it is too good to stay away and after a few false starts, gets into the game. Riley is a harder sale, he pushes and pushes at Kinley to try and keep himself away, but her kind heart and understanding works through his fears and he tumbles just as deep as the other two
Kinley is an interesting character, she seems too weak at times, but her strength comes through when it matters. She is almost too kind, too understanding, too sweet and too easily won over. She is likable though, and she is resilient, and that shines through
Now, Annabelle and her lawyers, that is going to be feisty battle!

I've got to stop reading this series, since it's getting worse with every book. First two were interesting and new, but last three books...
We still got a virgin who is in her late twenties, we still have three brothers/friends/brothers in arms who are looking for one woman for them all. And there is always some life threatening situation during which our heroes and heroine have enough time to play the find the hymen game, prep her for all kind of possible sex games that three man with one gal can have and when there terrible situation is over, of course our heroine changes her mind/gets scared and our heroes rush is, declare their undying love and all ends well, and in next book there are references how they all are happy and the girl is pregnant or they already have ten kids. No surprises, no new plots ... boring. It's just good for one thing ... its a good easy read after some really deep and depressing book.

Gotta say, I never really thought I'd be into the menage-scene. Not totally against it, but I always preferred the whole "belong to one guy" thing. But after THIS book, I'm definitely reconsidering that thought, and will definitely be reading more menage stories. There's a whole lot of appeal belonging to three guys...

Being kidnapped and whisked away by 3 super hot alpha males who prefer a girl with some meat on her bones, who want to share her without jealousy, and who want to make her the center of their world, instead of trying to make themselves the center of hers.....What's not to love? Where do I sign up?

I only wished there was an epilogue, or at least a more drawn-out ending. I wanted to hear a little bit more about them being/living together.

The latest in this series of menage books feels like a serious retread. Liked the heroine, Kinley, but the heroes are all starting to blend together with the previous books. About the only difference was my enjoyment of Law - who could have been with Kinley in a straight mf romance and I would have enjoyed that just as well, considering Dom and Riley were overly a-hole-ish for my taste. For whatever reason, the formula seemed more blatant in this story than previous entries. Still, I'm hooked into this series and I will be checking out the next one with Kinley's best friend Annabelle and her bosses

I think this was the most intense book of the series. Those men had a lot to work through in themselves, I was amazed they let love in. The one they all considered the most damaged(Law), was the one to see the love for what it was. Most Doms( in my experience are more in tuned with the Subs. Dominic took awhile to realize they could be missing out on a future. Riley took longer from past hurt. The one who should be hurt(Kinley) , was the one who knew herself the most. I recommend this book.
