This was a funny, quick read that still managed to engage the reader. The main character, Lily, was funny and easy to relate to. Normally, it would take much more time for me to connect with the characters, but even though the storyline progressed very quickly, I didn't feel that the story was rushed or was lacking in character development. I like to read a "short" and less intense book after reading a really good "longer" novel, before I dive into another intense story. It's just a quirk of mine, but I need to decompress after reading an outstanding novel before diving into the next one. This was the perfect in-between read. Honestly, I don't usually expect much from the books I read between the other "big" stories that I know I will love, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I will definitely be reading the next one in the series and can't wait to see where the story goes. Cute, fun and fast!

Oh my god. This is the most juvenile piece of crap I have ever read! Even the one star reviews confused me! I'm sick of people complaining about "partial" stories. Do your damn research before buying the damn book!
Anyways though this book was childish! I don't think this author can write. The heroine is apparently twenty four and thinks because of her age she is suddenly a woman when she isn't. She's an immature adolescent as far as I'm concerned. The first chapter wasn't even a first chapter just something about her writing something for love or whatever. And when you get to chapter two it goes into introduction mode with the whole hi I'm so and so and was born in so and so. My job is this and it sucks but it's a job.
Oh and I live in Hollywood with the glitz and glimmer with the movie stars and that's pretty cool right? Wrong!
Yadda, yadda, yadda.
She just goes on and on and on about stupid trivial crap. Even explaining why she isn't good with boys. I mean you wouldn't even think an adult author wrote this. It sounds like something you find in a fan fiction site.
Then I got to the part where she met Connor because I always want to see how the authors are going to write the character's initial reaction to seeing them and that was childish too! Looking at his private part trying to see how big he is. Ridiculous!

HOT! HOT! HOT!
It is already a few weeks back as I got it free by Amazon, but I've read it only now. This book positively surprised me! I didn't really expect me to like it so much! The writing style is pretty entertaining, the dialogs are funny, sex is hot!
I enjoyed it a lot!
If you are looking for a quick read with good chemistry, passion and steamy sex, it is just the right one!
I've already bought the next two books, just want to know what happens next!

This is just the first installment of about 5. Around 100 pages but it’s a really good start. The H of s doing an undercover boss type deal while checking out a company she’s about to buy. The fmc has a masters degree on business but is working for a temp agency for the company. She’s a secretary for douche bag boss that the H puts in his place. The fmc is unaware that the H is one of the worlds richest men.

This is a hot little snack for a Friday night... Olivia Thorne did a great job depicting the world's worst boss and the bitter employee just trying to pay the bills. When a sexy guy changes everything on Friday night, Lily finally realizes that the job is just not as important as happiness. One late night at the office, the best night of Lily's life, changes everything.
Now, let's just stop for a moment and chat about that sexy guy... Connor, oh my God, Connor... he has it all. He's smart, charming, witty and drop dead gorgeous. Listen, if he wanted to get coffee, I would be more than happy to read the manual to figure out how the machine worked. Yes, that hot, steaming cup of coffee would be all it would take...
This is a quick little read, but definately worth it after a long week at the office.

I'm just gonna have to say this book is great. Olivia has a voice that resonants with the reader, her chatty prose draws you in and enter you must into Lily's head. Oooh I wanted to punch Klaus right on his uptight nose, evil boss that he is and ooooh I want to have my very own Connor - sooooo dreamy! What a fun sense of humour he has.
Great sexy comtemporary romance that will surely satisfy those die hard fans that like a little hard core in their romance books.
Now my only drawback would be I HATE instalments and this is one, it's very very short but Olivia writes so well your immediately checking out the next part, I will probably buy the next episode but will check out how many I have to fork my hard earn pennies out before I know for sure.

Lilly Ross is the consummate secretary for a lazy but important boss in the Exerton Consulting Firm. Her boss, who she 'affectionately' refers to as "Herr Klaus" because she knows that her second pet neame "the Exec Comp Nazi" would get her fired, knows she needs her job so he has no qualms about adding extra to her workload at the last minute forcing her to work late hrs most days.
Once again on a Friday evening when she's getting ready to leave for the wknd her boss dumps some very important ASAP tasks guaranteeing she won't be leaving anytime soon. Settling in to her work the front desk calls to tell her that a Mr. Connor Brooks is requesting to meet with her boss and won't take no for an answer. Knowing her boss and HIS schedule she knows that's not an option.
Read this book to find out if Mr. Brooks is able to get that appointment or will have to settle for discussing his business with a kick ass but shy secretary who will do anything to save her job.
OK. Premise sounded good and I do admit the story did live up to my expectations. Sexy stranger on a mission who sees Lilly and must have her. For this story I can't say that there is any romance theme nor is there any BDSM play. Only one significant erotica scene which is hot but no five alarm intensity. I do believe this MAY pan out to be a romance in following installments but I won't be reading any further to find out.
My issues are the typical incomplete one long long chapter read slant. I'm all for capitalism and such but I do insist on receiving a complete product when I do buy a book. Full disclosure: I did receive this 19,000 word count read (83 pages) free on the Amazon site (regularly priced at $.99). It did end with the typical cliffhanger ending typical of e-serial listings. To get the next installment "All That He Desires" (The Billionaire's Seduction #2) the price on Amazon was $2.99, which is also a 19,000 word count read (86 pages). The third installment "All That He Demands" (The Billionaire's Seduction Part 3), which is a 40,000 word count read (176 pages), the price on Amazon is $2.99. The fourth installment "All That He Requires" (The Billionaire's Seduction Part 4) is priced at $2.99 on Amazon for this 45,000 word count read (186 pages). And I don't see that this is STILL a complete story. Doing my math that means if I bought all four reads the cost would be $9.96. And I still don't know if that is the complete "series" yet.
So, while I really loved this read and found the central characters had excellent chemistry and the plot itself very intriguing I can't say anyone should really read this unless they realize it's an incomplete story and you would have to buy the follow up installments to get any real substance.

Great first in series.
Lily is working a job she doesn't like with a boss she likes even less but then like she says, a girl's got to eat. She's stuck working late again on a Friday night when Connor Brooks walks into her life, he's gorgeous and she can't resist.
I loved this book, I liked the writing style and the story, loved Connor and can't wait for the next book.

Funny, quirky, easy read as to be expected from the cover blurb. The only thing a bit unusual about this among all the other FSoG rip-offs is that our hero isn't an all possessive, demanding, downright rude hero. He's in fact rather funny, not excessively demanding during our MCs first encounter. He's a lot better than all the others jerks milling around in the bookworld right now.
The only thing bringing down my rating is the writing. It's a bit repetitive and very simplistic. That, and the price. This shouldn't matter for the actual book, but as today, All That He Wants - Volume 1 is free on Amazon, but the following three costs $2.99, $6.24, $6.24 if you buy them separately. Then the sequel All That He Loves - Volume 2 costs $7.99. I'm not a fan of this kind of marketing, not even a little bit.

This is a short story, part of a series, so there's not and ends to the story, not a cliffhanger either, it's the introduction to the story of Lilly, a woman who works as assistant in a consulting firm in LA, and Connor, a hot and sexy stranger who arrives to her office, on a Friday night, making some demands to her jackass boss. She thinks she's handsome and super sexy, but way out of his league, besides he's cocky and arrogant.
Suddenly things escalate and they move to more suitable activities for a Friday night...
“You feel that?” he growled – so low it was a whisper, the tickle of air on my skin exciting me even more. I nodded silently, because I couldn’t speak. I didn’t trust myself – I was afraid if I tried to answer, I might start moaning again. Continuously and loudly. “YOU do that to me,” he breathed. “YOU make me hard like that".
The writing style is so good, I really enjoyed Lilly's funny monologues and her movies references.

This is a short novel but wow! I'm totally impressed!
Lily, well, she's....talkative...but in a good way, though I skipped on the part where she totally got lost in her head while talking about the hotel's suite.
What can I say about this novel? it's interesting, and exciting! From the very start, you'll know that it's something really really good! And....it's scorching hot!!! Connor...gawwwwd Connor! I want my own Connor ****** Templeton!!! PUHLEASE!!!

This is a pretty short novella so I don't think it would be easy to write a good review without giving too much away. If you are looking for a quick 30 minute read that is good and pretty damn sexy then go ahead and give this one a try. There are 4 more in this little series so I need to get on those!

I really, really liked how this book started out. She acted like a real human being, she wasn't all perfect and "virginal". She wasn't outspoken but the stuff that ran through her head was great. I hate that towards the end of the book it seemed she lost a little of that but I still thought the book was great and will read the next one soon. And oh the rich guy sounded pretty hot lol

Fast, short but definitely hot. Although too short to pay for any of the next books, sorry but these books should be priced by their length (# of chapter) not by random. I would only buy the next book if it were $0.99....seriously the next book is only 78 pages, NOT WORTH $2.99.

Ok! So this is the exactly kind of humor I like to read.
Lily is also a name of a friend of mine, and I found a little weird at the beginning (It's weird thinking of your friend enjoying a billionaire, lol), but after all, Lily won me.

Let me preface my review by saying when I give this 5 stars its because the writing was excellent, I connected with the characters and could not wait to download the next part. Now having said that you NEED to know (read the description for all of you that one click just because it's free....that it is 19,000 words and look at the cover where it says Book #1)
I see lots of people hating on this book in the Amazon reviews and giving low star counts because they feel duped...why is that because they LOVED the story and now have to pay for further installments.
Would I prefer it not to be so short? -Yes.
Do I hate paying $2.99 for another 19,000 pages for a serial book I know will be at least 4 books at the time this review is written? -Yes
HOWEVER...I read the fine print and was informed of this by the author-so the review (as they should be) is based on the merits of the story line, characters and writing.
I SO wish more people would come to goodreads for their reviews first but I suppose Amazon IS the power house.
Whew...now that's out of the way:

Lily is adorable and I connected with her in so many ways. She is cute, smart, funny but dots all of her i's and crosses her t's. She's realistic in that she hates the douche she works for but knows she has to eat and pay bills. Her reaction to Connor is funny and kind of heartwarming the way the author portrays her insecurities against societies idea of beauty especially given that the story is set in L.A.
Connor is all the alpha rage that is and has rocketed to the forefront since FSOG BUT he is funny. That aspect of his character drew me in. He knows he's rich and he knows he had all the benefits and contacts that afforded him to be successful in life; however, he also knows that you need more than that to be a whole person. His sense of 'being' and humor really shine through in this story and I can't wait to see what develops between he and Lily.
Her Klaus ( as Lily calls him) is absolutely the sleazy, uncaring yet overpaid corporate ass-hat we all love to hate. The author nails it without being over descriptive. You just can't wait to see him fail...maybe I'm revealing to much of my character here??? :-)
I've not read this author before so I was unsure if the writing would be consistent throughout the story and it is. This is what a lot of the FSOG spin offs are lacking. She gives enough description to spark the interest and create a feel for the scene while providing you space to let your imagination take it from there. Isn't that why we read rather than watch? We like imagining it our own way that's why most movies that are made from the books we love never live up to our expectations-right?
She shows you that Lily is insecure and somewhat shy but longs to break out of the 'mold" she's been cast into. She shows you how hot and passionate Connor with a zest for life beyond the I'm a gazzilionaire and can buy whatever I want. All of this is done with imagery rather that repetitive twaddle that has become rampant. So far there is no fisting of hands, no releasing of breaths they didn't know they were holding, etc, etc.
Loved the writing, loved the characters (even the short lived appearance of Stanley the security guy), loved this snippet of the storyline. Now I need to decide if I want to pay $2.99 for each sequel.
