An enormously fun, fast-paced mostly-realistic space adventure that does show its age a little (all the astronauts are men; they smoke pipes aboard the space station!) but never fails to entertain. It was one of my favourite books back in the late 70s, and catching up with it all these decades later has been a fascinating trip down memory lane.

Hupsua poikakirjaseikkailua avaruudessa. Pentuna tykkäsin, nyt taidan olla vain.... liian vanha.

Not a bad start to the Scott Saunders series. I loved these as a child and they haven't aged too badly.
