I think this might be one of the best books on my shelf right now. I LOVE this book, and so do my roommates and friends. I've gone on quite a few adventures from inside these pages and I know I'll go on many more. I try and do at least one cool thing from this book a month,and whenever time permits I do more. I know I will refer back to this book countless times in my future. Further, I believe some of these events are going to be annual treks for me! Most/all of these trips are not dog-friendly which is totally fine, even though it can be a bit of a scheduling nightmare for me to work around my dogs special needs. There are precious few places protected from domesticated animals, and the places listed in this book are worth leaving your pet behind so you can appreciate (and preserve!) their beauty.
