This book introduces a new vision—a simple and comprehensive approach to understanding different aspects of humanity, and the complexities of this world, exemplified by a collection of extraordinary stories, and supported by a pile of science and evidence. For thousands of years, humanity has been suffering from illnesses at individual, societal, and international levels. Anxiety, depression, prostitution, crime, and worldwide wars are only a few of these examples. Despite hundreds of spiritual, religious, and non-religious leaders, and in spite of tremendous advancements in science and technology, our collective problems are only growing. The question is why. What are we missing? The root of these problems points to one common element—not fully understanding the multidimensional human being. We cannot solve the dilemmas of humanity with the same mind that created them! This book is intended to help the general population explore some of the most complex mysteries of our world and seemingly unsolvable problems created by mankind. It provides a fast track for personal and global transformation based on science and evidence, using a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model. Many concepts have been borrowed from outstanding scientists, philosophers, researchers, teachers, and leaders in the past and present, and a few more have been added by the author.
I highly recommend this book; it is an easy read with lots of scientific evidence and real life experiences. It makes you think and ask right questions from yourself. This book is the tool to find real you. It helps to understand the reason for our dilemmas. It is an eye opener or better to say mind opener. It helps to ask the right questions from life/universe.
The book is written in a very simple, straightforward fashion. You can readily follow the author's simple ideas which then can be utilised to explain different behaviours. I personally like the part he talks about self defence mechanism.
The book is filled with repeated sentences. I think at at least 10% of book could have been removed without loosing any major point. That's why I feel bored at times during reading this book.
The book intends to help people explore some complex personal and social issues. In some ways it is similar to works of Wayne Dyre, which the author refers to at some points. The analogy of third vision and relating it to three levels of brain anatomy, states of mind and states of psyche was particularly interesting and unique. It was a good read for sure.
This book was absolutely sensational. In many ways affirming, but also thought-provoking. There is a lot of science, real life stories and wisdom packed into this book. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and I have recommended this book to all my colleagues.
It was one of wonderful books I've read so far. It explains fundamental causes of nowadays human problems scientifically and how to manage them. In fact, it shines light on a way that all of us need to follow to know our life issues generally and find the best way to deal with them.
Must read. A unique style of writing combining true stories with science and evidence. This book helps the reader understand complex dilemmas of humanity using a multi-dimensional approach. The message is worth spreading.
