Wish someone would put out a 2D version of this. If you're a lucky San Franciscan like me, there are two copies in the public library, complete with 3D glasses.

I just reread this book for the first time since it was published, and I really felt transported back in time. I was very much a part of the punk/hardcore scene in San Francisco depicted in the book and the commentary and wonderful 3D pictures brought the era to life. Whether you were there, or just want to know what it was like, I highly recommend this book.
