I loved this freebie I got off Amazon.com! The steps for the exercises were laid out easily, identified as to the level of experience or workout and photos. To boot, these were exercises which could be done in the home with equipment being a Yoga mat and yoga blocks. On that note, one of the negatives of this book was that the majority of exercises are things that I do in Yoga with the author's title attached to it. Still worth it though, but don't expect a unique exercise plan!
