This is a compilation of Dr. Alan Muskett's periodic colums for the Billings Gazette Newspaper. Muskett is a fascinating man, he majored in English before going to Medical school, did heart surgery for years, then re-entered medical school to become a plastic surgeon. He is witty and very intelligent, and his columns are must reads in our paper. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the organization of the pieces is a bit awkward. The columns are wonderful stand alone pieces but don't translate easily into a book. I recommend reading one a day!

Having read many of Dr. Musket's columns in the Billings Gazette, upon seeing the poster on "Mostly True" in his office, I had to have it. Once started, I could not put it down.

What a delight ~~ So filled w/ laugh-out-loud humor and thought provoking wisdom. It is a keeper and one I will read again -- definitely will be gifting it.
