Being an undercover agent for the FBI wasn’t all glitz and glamour.
Ruby McNiell has been immersed in the Russian underground for
so long she almost couldn’t remember where the line lay between right and wrong. The Russian’s were involved in some pretty nasty business and it was her job to find out exactly what and take them down. Her agency recently sent contact to let her know that she was being sent help from the outside agency the FBI worked with called FIUW, Forced Intelligence of the United World. They specialized in situations like the one she was in.
Sixteen girls had disappeared from uptown Manhattan, several
upper level citizens were in a snit, and Ruby had yet to figure out
what happened. She was going to have to do something fast. Just what? She didn’t quite know. Though she resented the fact that FIUW was stepping in on her turf, she couldn’t help but hope that the FIUW agent they were sending had something more than bulging biceps up his sleeve…

This is a fast-paced, action-packed read. FBI Agent Ruby McNiell is trying to crack Russian Mafia head Juri Nolvak’s organization without having to bed the mobster himself. With the lives of sixteen kidnapped girls hanging in the balance, sexy FIUW Agent Chase Montgomery is added to the case. The two work together (in between moments of sexual tension and longing), trying to solve the case. As the investigation deepens, they realize Nolvak is working with a notorious terrorist organization.
