Just okay
This short story novella was just okay. If it had been longer, it would have been better for the plot and character growth. It's not until the end of the story, when the author gives a list of her books that you reliaze, there is a backstory for the characters that explains what happened 4 years earlier. However, I could only find the backstory on her website. Also, the version I read on 6/22, seemed like a rough draft with several grammatical issues.
