I believe this "series" is starting to fizzle out. I really hate this new trend of authors only releasing a couple of chapters every 4-6 weeks. Its really annoying for avid readers to try to remember what is going on when I have probably read 10-20 books in between these releases of approximately 60 pages. Not to mention it's expensive compared to books that are released all at once. That being said, I obviously enjoy this author's writing to have continued reading the story... I just think I would gave enjoyed it more and given a higher rating if this were released as a single book at a reasonable price. Or even 3 separate novellas following each couple's story.

I just dunno, I mean I fell in love with this series then once it started getting really good they throw 2 new characters in and then they lasted 2 books and then wam bam now it's Scarlett and Bryson and then it ends the way it did leaving u hanging for yet another book and wondering what's going to happen between them . It just seems like the author is all over the place and getting kinda bored. I'm still hooked on the books but I really think that the series should have stayed with Red and Nicole then a second series for hunter and kallie and it should have been more then a book and a half long before jumping to Scarlett and Bryson. And now have to wait a few weeks for book 14 to come out. I really hate cliff hanger books cause I don't wanna start another book and then have to go back to the series once the next one comes out.

Omg!!! Bryson is such a kid!! I love him though and feel for him! But he's so hot and cold. Up and down. Have to figure just what he's about! I think Hunter was easier to figure out! Now Scarlett I love!! She's been through so much and she's really trying to start a new chapter on her life. Oh and can I say how evil Lydia is?!? There is so much going on and unanswered questions!!!! Agh!!

Loved this book....hate waiting weeks for the next few chapters. It said book 14 would be out on January 15th.....well today is the 15th and book 14 is not out. Anyone know if the date has been changed?

The storyline was good but they had a lot of errors, the character who were talking was not actually the character that was speaking so it was confusing.

Mulai buku ini pasangan tokoh sentral beralih ke Scarlet dan Bryson. Pasangan ini, hubungan percintaannya juga seperti dua pasangan sebelumnya putus nyambung. Diantara ke enam tokoh sentral dalam seri ini, tokoh Scarlet adalah tokoh yg paling kompleks karena masa lalunya yg lebih kelam dan tak bahagia. Masa kecil Scarlet yg tak bahagia (membuat dirinya merasa terabaikan dan sendiri; sangat menyedihkan) membentuk karakter Scarlet yg introvert dan cenderung menerima perilaku yg tak adil dari seseorang. Scarlet cenderung mendekati bahaya ketika dia berhubungan dengan seorang pria yg mendominasi dan mudah cemburu seperti Terrence. Kedekatannya dengan Hunter (yg membuat Terrence cemburu) membuat Scarlet dalam bahaya. Bahkan setelah Terrence mati pun (saat penyerangannya yg gagal membunuh Kallie dan membuat Hunter terluka parah), nyawa Kallie, Hunter dan juga Scarlet tetap berada dalam bahaya, karena putra Terrence yg lebih berbahaya dari ayahnya membayangi keselamatan mereka bertiga.
Anehnya, entah karena tak ingin Kallie dan Hunter disakiti, Scarlet menghadapi tindakan pemerasan yg dilancarkan Lydia (calon istri kakak Kallie) yg secara tak sengaja menemukan kontrak hubungan Kallie-Hunter. Scarlet berusaha melindungi pasangan itu terutama Kallie yg baik dan mau menjadi sahabat pertamanya. Menurutku pribadi Scarlet ini cenderung masokis, Scarlet suka menyakiti diri sendiri secara sengaja ataupun tidak.
Pembuatan film yg disutradari Bryson, dari awal sudah banyak mengalami kendala. Bryson sang penulis naskah awalnya tak dipercayai untuk menyutradari film tersebut. Untung perjuangan Kallie yg gigih dapat mempertahankan posisi Bryson. Kallie pula yg membuat Scarlet menjadi asisten pribadi Bryson, padahal pada awal perjumpaan keduanya sudah tidak saling menyukai. Pada satu malam, Bryson berkelahi dengan aktor utama filmnya. Posisi Bryson terbilang gawat karena sanga aktor, Dale Nolan adalah aktor yg buruk perangainya dan terbilang dapat menghancurkan Bryson juga film yg akan diproduksi. Untung berkat Scarlet yg ada di TKP (karena dirinyalah yg menjadi musabab terjadinya perkelahian) dan berkat campur tangan Kallie-Hunter masalah dapat diselesaikan dengan damai.
Perasaan Scarlet dan Bryson berubah drastis setelah beberapa kali pertemuan dan sedikit sedikit mengetahui karakter masing masing. Perasaan saling tak suka menghilang dan mereka nyaris "berhubungan ranjang" saat menyelesaikan masalah sebuah hotel yg menolak dijadikan tempat syuting film Bryson. Dan lagi berkat Scarlet Permasalahan dapat diselesaikan (sepertinya Scarlet berada di dunia dan posisi yg tepat untuk menunjukkan eksistensi dan kemampuan dirinya). Gah! Could they both get more annoying?? Seriously, the book lost its chemistry already with Bryson and Scarlett; Bryson is this mercurial man who really does not know what he wants in life and acts immaturely when he has this great deal of things to worry about, we don't really know what's going on with his mind because his side was not shown in the book. Although you can see his deep care for Scarlett when she was touched by Dale and when she was followed & his dedication and creativity when it comes to his location scouting after being scolded and also doing his rewrites. He should man up with Scarlett! he's a mixed man and its really really hard to read on whats going on with his mixed mind.
Scarlett on the other hand is also frustrating because she is a tease! (as what you can see in the "plans" she had on mind) and she gives herself like a sacrifice to Bryce so easily. I also hate it that she should just have been honest with Kallie regarding Lydia seeing the fallen paper from her purse which is the contract of their former so called sexual slavery relationship which of course now is null and void because Hunter and Kallie are so much more than that. Lydia is an annoying brat who just wants to make her way with them and is obviously jealous with Kallie's new success and popularity status. We also learned from the past book series that she has her fair share of troubles from her past that haunts her still. Although it wasnt really her fault that her ex boyfriend Terrence was a bad man, his son Travis is still on the loose which still scares her (of course who wouldn't be).
The funny part of the book is when Danielle tries to audition for a part of their film and ends up a laughing stock haha I cant even believe that she and Kane are still together after all this time!!! I am really curious though whats going on between them in private (I honestly wished the next story was about them and not about Bryce hahaha)

Please make up your mind Bryce! gah!

Overall I enjoyed this one. Lydia was too much and the drama she brought was more than enough for everyone. Scarlett is pretty boring but Bryson did pretty much the same as Hunter did. Danielle should've been better at acting seeing how she "acted" like she had a problem with Red, and "acted" like she was friends with Nicole. I'll keep going to see what happens because I can't wait for the son to come back.

The book is just as addictive as any other book written by Kelly Favor but I was REALLY hoping for a change when the focus turned to Scarlett and Bryson. I just really envisioned Scarlett to be the dominant one when the tables turned and careless, free-spirited Bryson transformed right into Hunter's domineering attitude, it kind of threw me for a loop. The story seems to be repeating Cali and Hunter's tryst and I'm just not sure how I feel about that.

I really have enjoyed this series and can't wait to read the rest but the negative is that I am annoyed at buying books that take a few hours to read, I get invested in the story line then BAM! Cliffhanger. I would enjoy it so much more if the series contained less books but were longer. I suppose the author is laughing all the way to the bank!

I have fallen in love with all the couples I have meet in the For His Pleasure Series. Kelly Favor books just kept me coming back for more.
This book continues on the story of Kallie Young and Hunter Reardon but we are introduced to Scarlett Evers and Bryson Taylor.
I would recommend the series For His Pleasure and any Kelly Favor book.

Kelly Favor does it again...keeps you enthralled with a variety of characters all of whom are connected on some level. Not only do we meet a few new characters in this book - Scarlett and Bryson - their story is integrated into the story of Kallie and Hunter. And we still get to hear about the original lovers Red and Nicole!
It's a teasing but very pleasing read!

you need to work your way through the series in order to get anything out of the books, the depth and interactions of the characters is out of place if you don't follow the almost seamless merges of stories.
I will say that the series really has grown on me and the stories are improving with each installment.

Bryson and Scarlett do not have the chemistry that Kallie/Hunter or Red/Nicole had. This one did not have the cliffhanger that I am accustom to with this series. I hope the next installment can capture back the original spark that the beginning of the series had.

Wow, Bryson's kind of a douchebag. I'm not to happy with following him and Scar, I wanted more of Hunter and Kallie. It's a real shame that the story has shifted players again. Really disappointing.

Not liking Bryson and Scarlett's story so much . . . they really don't seem to have a lot of chemistry. The first part of the series was the best by far.
