The synopsis of the book is in it's title. This book covers everything that can help cure you from many regular ailments. You can go for homeopathy, yoga, acupressure, acupuncture, etc., to cure ailments like backache, stomachache, common flu, etc. It gives an overview of every method you can use, but if you are interested in any one topic, get a dedicated book for it.

there must be a millions of similar books out there, especially for jamu/herb-eating Indonesians, but this is the one that taught me how to stop hiccups with accupressure. Cool! Now MC should really consider coming down to Java to learn more from us.
