Single mom, Stormy Stevens thinks Forever, Texas, is the perfect place to raise her daughter, Jazz. She’s not looking for a man in her life, but whenever the sexy Malone brothers come around, she can’t ignore the sexual whirlwind they stir inside her.
Beckett, Ty, and Rent Malone have waited a month for Stormy to settle into her new home, but they’re through waiting. They know Stormy is their future mate and they’re ready to claim her.
When her ex-boyfriend and Jazz’s father demands sole custody of Jazz, Stormy turns to the Malone brothers or risk losing her child. Still, after fighting off a wild dog pack then getting trapped in a burning barn, dealing with the entitled son of a billionaire banker should be easy, right.
Will she fight for her new life in Forever? Or will she let the storm of trouble surrounding her take away everything that matters?
This series includes, as of 3/8/14, 12 books. A spin-off series, Werebears of Shatland, Texas is coming in March, 2014.
Jane Jamison has always liked “weird stuff” as her mother called it. From an early age she was fascinated with stories about werewolves, vampires, space, aliens and whatever was hiding in her bedroom closet. (To this day, she still swears she can hear growls and moans whenever the lights are out.)
Born under the sign of Scorpio meant Jane was destined to be very sensual. Some would say she was (and remains) down right sexual. Then one day she put her two favorite things together on paper and found her true ambition: to be an erotica paranormal romance author.
Jane spends at least six days a week locked in her office surrounded by the characters she loves. Her plans include taking care of her loving husband and terrific daughter, traveling, and writing at least twelve books a year.
This is going to be a review of Wild Storm (Book 7) and Wild Nights (book 8. I have had these two books on my kindle for a long time but for some reason could not bring myself to read them. It has been awhile since I have read anything in this series but what away to come back. Wild Storm was such a fun ride. I really loved it. The characters were great and I love that when the guys made a mistake they apologized and changed their behavior. I liked it a lot better than Wild Nights.
Wild Nights takes a different turn from the guys in book 7 that while dominant they were not jerks like Morgan is in this book. He really got on my nerve especially at the end getting all pissed at the girl when he had treated her badly in the beginning. Then gets all peeved when she doesn't tell all of her secrets right when he wanted them. I mean seriously? Grr, hate Jerks!! It took both of the brothers for him to even consider going after her. Not cool. Book 7 had much better guys!
Had a bit more connection with this one, most likely due to my personal choices while younger. Again, it a good read... just something to do with me that makes a missing connection. The series so far is worth the read (if you enjoy poly-amorous paranormal erotica). The sex scenes are steamy and the dialog is, well, normal (stuff everyday people would say).
Me being the way I am, if I get a chance to read more of the series I will. I HATE stopping in the middle of a set, you just never know if the next book is the one that you connect with. So... we shall see.
Really loved reading this one. Well written and enjoyable. If you enjoy reading shapeshifter paranormal romance then you will love this series. A terrific menage romance.
