This book is divided into various short "teachings" for helping to overcome wrong and distructive thinking. Excellent book that I will more than likely reread often.

Your mindset is so critical to whether you succeed in life and do what you want to do. This book is a very easy read and is jam packed with wisdom and thought provoking points.

Very helpful book in identifying how our mind can get set in a particular way of thinking, which is not helpful to the development of our relationship with God and our faith journey. Single page bite-size topics to get you thinking, easy to read but challenges your beliefs and thoughts.

One of the best books I’ve ever read!
