This is the third installment in the Ransomed Hearts series and focuses on Noah, Page's brother, and Emma with a dash of Ryan, Noah's co-worker and sometimes sharer of women. As we found out with Paige, Noah is a Dom, and a control freak. He also does a lot of undercover work so dealing with people nicely isn't his strong suit. Emma has had a hard life and is fiercely independent because of that but she has a softness to her. AS expected, Noah and Emma are attracted to each other, but Emma is the one to initiate a physical relationship by asking Noah for sex. She is frightened of pain because of her past and Noah doesn't know anything but full-out and that bothers him. While these two work out that, back at the office Ryan realizes Noah has an enemy in the organization who is coming after him and plans to hand Emma over to the terrorists. Ryan swoops in and takes them to a safer location. Emma realizes that Noah and Ryan share and has to decide what to do about that! At the end of the race, Emma wants to go back to her life as it was but these two won't let her. Ryan is the plus one as you don't really spend a lot of time with him and the relationship seems to be almost instant but still a really good read!

I really liked the story even though I felt the relationships were rushed. Not a lot of delving into how each felt.
