An overall good read on clean eating with 12 'lean secrets' covered. Also included a cook book and exercise guide! Not sure who the target audience for the book is as it goes into to a lot of technical terms related to clean eating. I can imagine this would be daunting for somebody who was new to this way of eating. Although I agree with eating clean, I feel that this book gives very strict guidelines that most people (including me) would struggle to stick to. For example, I wouldn't restrict certain fruits because of their sugar content. In my opinion, nobody gets overweight from eating plums (one of the 'treat' fruits). Then again, this book suggests that these rules need to be followed to get the body of a fitness model, so you would probably need to follow such a rigid diet if you wanted those results! I love my food to much.:p

The book was easy to follow, made me take control of my health and had some good tips and motivational quotes. Not the best book and it had a misspelling and bad pictures but I still enjoyed reading it.
