Big Foot, Loch Ness Monster, Dracula, and The Ultimate Bra – What do they have in common? Everyone has heard of them. Few have seen them. And those that have seen them are deemed crazy by the rest of us.

According to “The Ultimate Bra Fitting Guide” 8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size. This means that 80% of us are uncomfortable, saggy, always readjusting and have bruises, yes bruises. This is just a few problems of having a bad bra. Debra Sanders-Steele has a complete list and how to fix these problems. I know that some of you do have the ultimate bra and are very happy. (See first paragraph.) This guide may not be for you, yet.

“Did you know that you may wear six or more different bra sizes throughout your lifetime?” Debra has listed reasons for this in her guide. Do you have any ideas what some may be?

I did know how to measure my bust. Put the tape measure here, then there. Add a few numbers and then take a few numbers away. And Voilà! I have the ultimate bra. Not even close. Did you also know that there is more than one way to measure for bras? I was excited to find this out. Band Calculation Style #2 was the one that worked best for me.

Debra stresses that it is not about the number or the letter it is about the support. I have gained weight and I am very self-conscience about how I look and what the tag says. Ugh, I know. The good news is; I don’t live in France. According to the table near the back of the guide, my band size would be 105! Another fun fact from Debra is: “Wearing the correct bra size can make you look 10 pounds lighter.”

This guide is all about The Ultimate Bra: how to measure, how to try on, different problems and solutions, and how to take care of your investment.

Veni Vidi Vici. That is how I felt the day I received “The Ultimate Bra Fitting Guide.” I read, I measured, I purchased. I had new found confidence. I picked out a few different styles of bras – all of which were explained in my beloved bra guide. I tried them on; according to the guide each bra even though labeled the same size may fit differently, Try Them On. And I purchased new bras! Oh, yes, I was liberated from the pokey underwire. I now have the correct number of breasts; the “third boob” has disappeared. No more “Ninja of readjustment.”

“Your bra should lift, support, and shape.” More words of wisdom from, “The Ultimate Bra Fitting Guide.”

I found Debra and “The Ultimate Bra Fitting Guide” on Facebook. She can also be found on Twitter, @thebracoach.
