Great read. Offers a lot of tips and tricks backed up by scientific studies instead of whims created by so-called experts. It offers information I was honestly not aware of and since reading this, I think I've become extra mindful. Probably a good way to start off the year (well, in my opinion) especially when you're monumentally pumped to set goals and achieve them.

The main thing liked about this, our Unique studies which brought by the author. I really like the term re-appraisal in this book and also how the author showed everything he has mentioned is scientific based by experience and studies.

I liked this book. Easy to read & the ideas were good, & not too extreme.
However, his advice re will power / resilience was contradicted from one chapter to the next. ie if it can be strengthened or depleted by using it.

Nice books. Have a clear practical method to follow and easy example. I suggest to read the step of changing in the last chapter of the book then read the entire book again.
