This book is wonderful, even if it is a little dense. It's a great resource, and the reviews and puzzles at the end of each chapter are a really helpful study tool. However, if you aren't in a class studying veterinary science it might be a little too vocab-heavy and hard to read.

Good text and reference. It also goes into a bit of anatomy and physiology for all the systems it covers. Well organised.
