A lot of emphasis on the childlike behaviour of the big brother, Shiou and the more serious little brother, Michiru and the comedy that stems from it.

On top of Shiou's outlandish attitude and gestures, we also discover he's a werecat (able to turn into a lion). He is overly protective of this brother, which annoys Michiru, which in turn causes him to make mistakes requiring Shiou's help to fix (like the time Michiru went looking for the government office but got lost and Shiou had to retrieve him from the woods, the moment when Michiru almost fell down the stairs but was saved at the last moment by Shiou). The two share living accommodations with other 2 werecats (a fortune teller and a mangaka), indifferent to Shiou's antics and sometimes causing their own brand of trouble for poor Michiru.

There is just the hint of Shounen-Ai (what with Shiou requiring licking to stop the transformation, a lot of hugging and occasional nakedness) but nothing to suggest anything romantic happening (yet) between the two.

This gets only 2 stars because I didn't find the jokes all that funny. Or better said, I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy this more.

On volume 5 chap 25 (jap tome 4). I love the art!!!

GOD U CANT END IT LIKE THISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I NEEDED SHIOU AND MICHIRU TO BECOME A COUPLE!!! we all can think what we want and I'm sure that 99% of the readers think the same as me, that they arent blood related and that in the end they will become a couple. They love each other this is clear and I really missed to see them confessing their feelings. I also wanted to see more about Kuroe and Kagetora, they would make an awesome couple. Sensei pls make a sequel with both the couples and maye with Shiou's dad and the black haired doctor (forgot the name).
There was a huge yaoi potential!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4.5 stars bcs I wanted more....AT LEAST A DAMN KISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
