Press and Trace are on another case. Two administrators of the same hospital are dead. One was shot the other was a suicide. When a young girl, a patient of the same hospital also winds up dead, Press feels there is something more to the child's death and that the suicide might be a murder.

Press Andrews and Trace Evans are involved in a murder case, that has three victims all related to a newly opened hospital. Detective Poss Graham of Norfolk PD is on the case, when the murders cross jurisdictions. And, a three year old child is dead because of greed and deceit.
