This is the conclusion to Saviour. If you haven't already read it, Part 1 is available online now for you to catch up. We continue the journey into the unknown. The year is 2795 and after their ship was commissioned early and uncompleted to rescue a lost Confederate vessel 14,000 light years from home, the crew of the GCV Winchester were devastated to find that also inhabiting this region was a race of people that the developing human population to the brink of destruction 300 years ago. The Dimion. They have already been put to the test in a battle with this ruthless species. Despite just escaping with their lives, the Winchester is badly damaged and has suffered many losses. They need to get to the safety of home. Their only hope has been to make it to an out of the way solar system colonised by the female-ruled Blan. However, the Dimion have a way to track them, and it is only a matter of time until the Winchester must once again go up against our greatest foe. Can they survive?

About the author

Born in 1982, I was moved to New Zealand when I was 6 months old. Ten years later we ended up back in Australia. Soon I was old enough to come to the realisation that I really hated school! Mainly because I couldn't learn enough plodding along at the pace that they go. Plus I never could get along with fellow humans.

So imaginary worlds became my safe haven. At 15 I began the journey into what has now become the Winchester universe. Since then, I have amounted countless hours of creation and invention. I have designed spaceships, alien races and future historical time-lines and then sent the GCV Winchester in amongst it all to have various adventures.

Nowadays I run a handyman business in the real world, and live in a small rural town with my wife and 4 young children. And of course, I'm still writing whenever I get a chance. Eventually I came to think that perhaps I was being selfish in not letting others enjoy what I had created. So now I have found ways to get my vision out to you. I sincerely hope you enjoy the adventure.

This is a gripping conclusion to the first book in the Winchester series, but was withdrawn from publication upon my combining Parts 1 & 2 of Winchester: Saviour into a single edition in March 2013.
