Vivian French was best known in school for being extremely skinny and for talking a lot. At school she developed an attachment to words and later became an actor, then a storyteller, and finally a writer of children's books. She is the author of more than two hundred books. Ms. French lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, and has four grown daughters.

I think it was amazing!! The Petticoat Dress sounded pretty. It was amazing that Chloe got to dance at the King Bernardo's First Day of School ball with her best friends. You have to read it, it sounds amazing.

Gruella lost her gown for the ball so Chloe lets her have one. Tiara Club is the best princess books.

I think the book really explained how they are not used to the new headteacher and that its a great book.

Good moral to the story. Quick read. My six year old liked it.
