Zonder Woorden? Een geschiedenis van België in spotprenten

Rate this book
Organized around 50 topics, this book runs through the history of Belgium and illustrates how political and public opinion was expressed in cartoons. For every topic, a short one-page historical summary is given, followed by a few pages that show and discuss about eight cartoons, carefully chosen to span Belgium's history from the independence in 1830 until the 21st century.

The book is written in Dutch, but some knowledge of French is needed to understand the text on many cartoons.

Zeer boeiend overzicht van de Belgische geschiedenis aan de hand van karikaturen.
