When you think of a book on "Organizational Culture Change" I can almost start to see the audience yawn. NOT with the Monkey King....

Arthur Carmazzi really stepped out of the box when writing this book...
It's simple and easy to understand, (again not something you would expect from a Organizational Psychology book...

At first I was a bit put off by the cartoon format, however Arthur Carmazzi won me over quickly...

Damn! Stupid me for thinking that this book is for child-book. 😔 It's really awesome that we can learn the moral value from the life of monkeys. The book has so much a gold ways to find out your own self. So many words that can make a positive vibes of you. And... it's very interesting because this book is wrapped from the story of the monkeys. And that's cool! 👍
