Rating clarification 2.5 Stars.
Let me just start by saying I had high hopes for this book. Yes it was hot however I had so many problems with this story and how it flowed. Not to mention I think this the worst editing job I have ever read. There were errors galore. Not a book I would recommend.

So many typos it was hard to read. For me it didn't have substance. I really wanted to like it, but couldn't.

This was 2.5 to 3 stars for me
I enjoyed the premise of this book. I thought there was a good storyline but I felt it was underdeveloped. One negative of this book was it was too short, I felt that something was missing and I believe that would be some of the story line. Some of things could have been better detailed. Like the ending I felt was rushed, something happens towards the end of the book and I felt the resolution could have been better. Phoenix does something that I felt Jennifer just forgave to quickly. Phoenix's friend gives her a short explanation and he shows up and everything is forgiven. Plus Phoenix says he can't love her, but then gets his a$$ chewed by her friend Megan and all of a sudden he realizes he loves her. That was just a little to unbelievable. I do believe that he loved her because of everything that happens in the book leads to that conclusion, but it was just to quick of a realization. I have to Say the BIGGEST negative I have about this book was the editing. I have to say that this was the worst I have ever seen in a book. It felt like this book skipped over the editing process. Words were misspelled and the wrong words were inserted. These mistakes really made it hard to concentrate on the storyline of this book. I understand I am not an author so I don't know what it takes to write and create a book, but I do feel someone should have checked this book over before it was published.
With all that said I do have to say I did like Phoenix....I thought it was sweet how he always called her darling. Jennifer I had a little harder time relating to, she just wasn't as believable to me. She seemed like one big contradiction. I can't say that I would recommend this book just because of the editing issues and I feel 4.99 was a bit steep to pay for a book with so many mistakes, but I guess if this book is ever free and you are looking for a quick read, this would be one you could pick up.

I was given this book by the author in return for an honest review.
Wow, what a truly wonderful love story with a twist of paranormal. I love how as Incubus Phoenix believes himself to be incapable of loving anyone, Jennifer refuses to give up on him for her sake and their babies. She believes in their love!!!
This story leaves you with a "real feel good factor", a real heart warmer :)
I admit that there are many editing issues but this does not detract from story.
A MUST READ FOR ANYONE :)

This book is about a lady named Jennifer and a guy named Phoenix. Jennifer is a 22 year old virgin who has just walked in on her boyfriend of 5 years cheating on her. So her best friend Megan takes her out to a club for a night of fun and to take her mind of everything.
Enters Phoenix he is your typical drop dead sexy guy who can always get any lady he wants. He happens to be sitting at the bar
when Jennifer sets down and orders a strong drink, so he make a comment that starts a conversation with her.
Jennifer is mesmerized by Phoenix's voice and she can't believe the feelings she is having just by hearing him talk. They are at a table when Phoenix ask her what she wants and she blurts out him. He takes her to his house where he can't keep his hands off of her and can't wait to have her. After her amazing first time with Phoenix she can't wait to do it again, but she is going to have to because Megan calls with bad news. Will these two be able to have a relationship or will problems and life keep them apart? You will have to read to find out.
This book has very explit sex scenes that are hot and steamy. I personally loved this book the characters are loveable and I could not put it down. There is alot of twist and turns that makes this book a page turner because you can't wait to find out what will happen next. I have found a new author that I will be reading from now on. ❤❤❤❤ADORE this book - one of my all time favorite books - she had me from page one till the end :) could not put it down ! Really a special Book :) I fell in love with the characters :) if you have yet to try this -- DO not wait any longer you will only be sorry if you wait :) would give this a 10 if possible !!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Interesting read. I did enjoy the characters and the basic plot. There were a few typos or perhaps word choice errors but it didn't detract from the story. Was it a bit predictable? Yes. But - that being stated many books are and it didn't make it any less enjoyable. I plan to read other works by this author.

This book could have been a 4 star but the grammatical errors & typos were too much to really enjoy the story. But the characters are likable I'd read more about these characters if the editing was a little more solid.

this could been such a goo book. it wasn't bad but I am so not into paranormal erotica. just doesn't do it for me. now I did read it all and it wasn't that bad just wished there was a but more.

I usually don't read books like this one. For the most part I enjoyed it, but it ended to abruptly. The author should have expanded more of the story. My suggestion would be to republish a longer version.
