I wouldn't recommend this book, despite the 3 star rating I've given it.
This book provides great, basic, points about communicating in the work place, points everyone should learn. But, the book itself is to out dated to be completely effective.
I'll be looking for a more up to date book on the subject to add to the library.
I'm not so interested in businesses and didn't read it all through. However, this book's advices on communication is mostly applicable in everyday life. Certainly won't waste your time.
