Photo-essay version of the film, still extremely disturbing.

Depressing that this book is now far less shocking than it was at the time---because many of us have become desensitized to the images/concepts that so rocked the original audience. Armed police? Food riots? We, in "the west" seeing a breakdown of our "civilized" life? Appointment of government officials (without transparency) who have utter control over the lives of civilians.
We don't like those ideas any more than the original audience but we have, more or less, become inured to them.
