Benito Juarez: The Hero of Modern Mexico by Rae Bains- Children’s Illustrated Colour Picture Book- the narrates the biography of Benito Juarez, the Hero of Modern Mexico. seminary, then later studied law at the Institute of Sciences and Arts. He married Margarita Maza From his years at the Institute, Benito Juarez was active in liberal politics. Benito Juarez rose to national prominence after the independence from Spain. Benito Juárez was elected President of the Supreme Court, became the constitutional President of Mexico.. Juárez tied liberalism to Mexican nationalism. Benito Juarez understood the importance of a working relationship with the United States and secured its recognition for his government during the War of the Reform. Coloured pictures help the reader to relate to the story. I have read the Hindi language translation of this book.

Biography of Benito Juarez a good leader who helped Mexica to be better placed to live. His life and what he did, was very interesting!!
