Sarah Greene’s life is a mess. She’s the low-paid assistant to a tyrannical toy company executive; she can barely pay her rent; her social life sucks, and she’s worried sick about her cancer-stricken mother.

Her life changes when a drop-dead handsome stranger seduces her on a train. Completely out of character, Sarah surrenders herself to him. He turns out to be one of Manhattan’s hottest billionaires, Ari Golden. Impossibly attracted to her, Ari makes Sarah his own personal toy with one caveat: he will not play with her in his bedroom or hers. Spending the night with him is off limits. There are secrets looming--dark ones that stand in the way of a real relationship. As Sarah falls deeper in love with her sexy Trainman, she wonders--can she free him from the demons that have damaged him?

This 16,500-word erotic romance novella is intended for mature readers only.

In this first part of Seduced by the Park Avenue Billionaire series. It's was difficult for me to rate it because its an unfinished story. Even-though I gave this two stars I will say once I got past the beginning of this story I really started to enjoy it.

My problem with this book is the very beginning scene pretty much. We have Sarah who is a 25 year old virgin who meets a HOT guy on the train. The scene in the bathroom on the train WAS NOT SEXY AT ALL. Sarah talks about the bad reeking order from the bathroom than gets hot and bothered to let some stranger have unpredicted sex. This wasn't plausible nor HOT.

Once it got past this scene the story pick up and was getting good. I do really like Sarah and Ari even Ben too. There are a few secondary characters that I'm not sure about yet. Gwen not sure about her either yet.

Sarah is a twenty-five year old woman who works for a toy company . She is heading home after visiting her mother at the hospital who´s being treated for cancer and before boarding the train she looks at a golden boy or as she names him an "Adonis". Inside the train she heads to the next car. She ends up in First Class and trips. Guess in who´s lap did she landed?!! Yes of course. Adonis aka Ari Golden with whom she has a mind blowing sex experience in the trains restroom. When they get to Penn Station he tells her his meeting someone for drinks. After they say their goodbyes she looks back in the distance and sees a woman hugging him. She walks away. The next morning she receives a package at her apartment. She has to meet someone that night but someone else is putting itself between them. Sarah ditches her best friend to have her date with Ari what will happen with this two?!

Ari and Sarah´s personalities was very well developed. Even though we don´t get to know them too well in the first part because it is short and goes straight to the point when they meet, fireworks explode, have sex etc etc.

What I didn't like is for someone so strong that at the first hint of interest from this guy she shows so weak like if shes unconsciously in the search of pity and sympathy from him. Also, she´s such a drama queen. If you read it you´ll know why. I can only say it reminded me of Cinderella.

I could say more but I will NOT. This is a short story and I would ruin the whole story by telling you what happened. Other than my dislikes I was intrigued, even hooked and I wasn´t able to sleep until I finished the whole Trilogy. You won´t regret reading it.

Can I review this?

No, I really don't think I can. There are no words to describe this story. Well there are, but I'm pretty sure they're unprintable!

1 star and that was pushing it. That's for the cringe factor.

4.5 Stars to Strangers on a Train!
5 Stars for the sex!

“Sarah is a beautiful name. It means ‘princess’ in Hebrew.” - Ari

SWOON.

FINALLY a nice Jewish boy gets to be the Alpha! Well, not sure Ari
Golden is so nice but boy is he HOT.

I very much enjoyed this incredibly sexy novella from Nelle L’Amour,
the first in the Seduced by the Park Avenue Billionaire Series.
Exciting, big-city setting? Check. Honest, hard-working heroine?
Check. Incredibly HOT and wealthy Alpha hero? CHECK. I also very much
appreciate the little details that sometimes get overlooked by
authors, such as a sense of place; it is apparent that Ms. Amour knows
her NYC environs well.

This is a fairly quick and extremely satisfying read; Sarah is a
somewhat plain working girl who by chance meets Ari on an Amtrak train
while she is returning from a visit with her ill mother. Of course
they have INCREDIBLY hot sex immediately but that is the fun of this
novella; they get to know each other after. They both have serious
relationship issues, of course; it will be fun to see how Sarah will
hopefully break through Ari’s walls and how he will help her with her
self-esteem issues.

Some of the reviews have complained about the predictable story line;
I disagree and love the little details about NYC and the fact that
Sarah and Ari have sex right away. YUMMY.

There is a reason why I try my hardest NOT to read reviews before I read any book. I don't want opinions of others to affect what I'm reading. With that said, here is my bried review of Strangers on a Train. I very much enjoyed this short story. So far one of my favorites. It was funny, hot and steamy! Gosh what a steamy first scene! I won't go into details but WOW! I was hooked! Once part 1 was over I rushed to read part 2 and 3!

This is a series review for all three books, as seen on www.smexybooks.com

So where to start…I purchased this set because it was recommended to me by Amazon, based on my past books, and the blurb sounded interesting. Plus at $4.99 for all 3 books, I thought why not? I can tell you why not. I found this series to be a frustrating and irritating hot mess of a read. Seriously, I could have saved my 5 bucks. I so wanted to “not finish” this series but I am just not that kind of reader. I can NOT walk away from a book. Maybe I am too much of a masochistic or maybe I am just too optimistic and hopeful; but either way, I just can’t put a series away without the follow through. So sometimes, more than I like actually, I end up wasting not only my money on a book (or series) but I also waste a lot of my time that I could spend elsewhere; and this was one of those times.

The blurb for this series was promising; a collection of books about a lowly, young New York girl that has received a bad hand in life. She is just trying to find a way to cut out some possible happiness in a world of loneliness and loss. Then enters your “drop dead, handsome stranger who seduces her on a train” and also turns out to be a highly sought after billionaire alpha male. I know, sounds intriguing; but let’s stop and review the above statement (something I clearly did not do before making my purchase). What on earth, is a hot BILLIONAIRE doing on a train first off (instead of being driven by his personal driver), and why would he need to seduce and take advantage of some strange (because let me just tell you nothing about this character flows from the way she dresses to her personality) young girl in a train’s bathroom? Then IF he was going to sex her up, the next turn of events would make no sense. They basically spend 3 books worth of reading going back and forth between that instant-love kind of attraction or completely ignoring and running from the attraction; which is not as good as I make it sound in that statement. Actually I think I make it sound better than it is written.

Basically, in the end, the author did not deliver. We meet a couple that has some kind of instant love kind of relationship, without even know each other, and without any kind of build up at all. The reader doesn’t even really get to know the characters much nor do we have an opportunity to build any kind of attachment to this couple as individuals, let alone their relationship. We are basically expected to just buy the hopeless love at first sight (or love at first climax) theory. Which, I don’t EVER like in a book. I want a story that builds and makes me fall in love with both the characters and their bond. Then we are to believe this 25yr old virgin would just give up her first time to some stranger on a train, without any thought of a condom or consequences, just because he is gorgeous. Okay, gorgeous or not, I instantly have no respect left for the heroine once she is played out like that. Then we spend the entire series in her head while she goes back and forth between meeting up with this man and wanting to have him; but then running away because other people in his life either also want him or hate her because she is beneath him. Seriously? Frustrating.

So any pro’s to this book you ask? Well, the hero isn’t too bad, but basically that is because he is so underdeveloped you don’t have anything available so you can find fault with him. However, it is infuriating that he keeps treating her like a dirty little secret. He refuses to spend the night with her; but as you find out his son is dealing with some serious childhood trauma experience, due to the hero’s ex, so this is ALMOST acceptable. ALMOST. The fact that the heroine continues to let him treat her as a dirty secret, however; is not acceptable. She has serious self-esteem issues. There is a twist that develops as the series moves on and that might be the only saving grace that helped me get through all 3 books. I kept thinking, this is going to get better as the books continue….it has too. Not for me. I finally made it to the end and thought; wow, why did I keep going? Anyway, there were a few people out there in goodreads land that liked this series. The sex scenes weren’t horrible. There is a small unexpected twist. And finally the plot had potential.

So, in the end, this series just lacked too much for my liking. I personally would give it a D- or F. However, weighing in the fact that my opinion is subjective, some people did like the series, and there were a couple of pro’s as mentioned; I think the best I could honestly give would be a D or D+ for the review. I am so sad to have felt so poorly about this series because I honestly wanted to like it so much, but in the end the series was just a bust for me.

Rating: D – D+ (which translates to a 2 star or less read)

Also, I was too unmotivated for a single quote or song relating to this series…

A quick read. Some things had me smacking my palm to my forehead though. Some things had me cringing

This was a little unrealistic & unbelievable. I couldn't reconcile her actions with that of a virgin. It was just....not virginal @ all. Also, her constant reference to him as Trainman was a turn-off, seeing as she knew his FULL NAME. His constant drawling of her name was annoying too. Made me keep thinking of a British accent.

Despite these misgivings, this book had me intrigued. I was, & still am, rooting for Sarah. I hope things turn in her favor, especially where it concerns her mother. Hoping the next installment gives way to some more intimate conversation between Ari & Sarah....& no, not sex.

"I parted my legs and steepled my knees. Meeting my hungry gaze, he thrust his hard, glorious member inside me. Oh God! He filled me!

Choochoo choo choo. Choo choo choo choo.

He was chugging inside me, picking up speed. The friction of his bullet train along my tracks of flesh was sending sparks flying everywhere. There was no getting off the tracks, no stopping. He was a runaway train inside me."

That scene fucking made my day, I was laughing so hard when I got to that part. Come on Choo, choo, choo...seriously WTF? O_O

I know the protagonist is a 25 year old virgin (yep another one) but come on! choo, choo, choo!?
For the love of everything that's holey!

Anyways, that scene alone elevated this from a 1.5 rating to 2 stars. Okay, on with book two...

This is a part one of a three part story. Sarah Greene is newly graduated student from Rhode Island School of Design. Her boss is the boss from hell. Ari Golden is the billionaire she meets on a train.

Storyline is detailed & visual. Character build up is good. Both Sarah & Ari meet on a train. Ari takes her virginity in the train bathroom. After that when they met sex is just EXPLOSIVE!! Sarah is angsty, her only parent her mother has cancer. There is never enough money to take care of her & pay the bills. Ari has his own demons, a son & family who are protective of him. Can Ari & Sarah learn to trust each other.

Just a few editing errors but, so worth the read.

A very intriguing, fast paced and passionate read. Two complete strangers have a wildly sizzling encounter in a train to their own separate destinations yet can't seem to fight off the immediate attraction. Sarah has completely taken me by surprise she has never done anything like this in her life and now can't stop admiring her sexy god like trainman. Ari is mysterious in his own way to have gone from not doing relationships in a very long time giving himself the hunger deep inside him to take the beautiful girl he admired from afar. I can't wait to continue reading so many weird circumstances and unanswered questions.

Terrible. A train wreck I couldn't look away from. And speaking of trains... "Choo choo choo choo. Choo choo choo choo. He was chugging inside me, picking up speed" has to be one of the most ridiculous lines I have ever read in a romance story...she's supposed to be 25, but she acts like a child. I'm not sure what Ari sees in her because she hardly says anything. "Speak only when spoken to" is what you tell kids. And how can Ari say he doesn't want to bring another woman into his son's life but then he invites her over to an intimate family gathering. This story is so ridiculous.

Great story about Sarah and the billionaire Ari. The first thing that I noticed was the line from West Side Story is brought back so many memories. Great and sad ones because I always saw this with my mother, she loved this movie.

Every time you see some of the lyrics they start floating through your mind while reading this story.

Sarah never considered losing her virginity to a total stranger but she's not resistant to this strangers attraction. But how can this beautiful stranger be attracted to her? And is this just a one time or will they meet again?

What I remember.
It was super hot and steamy with a great erotic sex scene from virtually page one.
While I remember finding the story in all interesting and wanting to love it, I could only like it.
I remember the characters 'Actions' were a bit.... 'cookie-cutter'.
It was one of those stories that could have been Really Good but failed on various levels to achieve that. I think my biggest problem was the 'Stalling' to continue the story. That's my best definition. He Stalled, She Stalled. And what should have been one book became 3.
Now, I do remember wanting to read more by this author and in this series. And I think I have more of her books, but none in this series.
This is what happens when authors have a great story then try to spread it out into many books that should have been one. You lose readers. Followers. I really think if this had been a duet or a single book I would have continued to make the effort to collect all her books and eat them up.
But, like almost all us avid readers, we really get over the continued continued continued and nothing much happening in each book. One little twist or so and that's it.

With all that said, this author definitely has talent. And I did enjoy it. I wanted to give it higher stars, but I can't. But I will be reading more of her books sometime in the future.

As I was beginning this book, got through the first couple chapters - I wasn't sure I could finish the book, it was slow and so totally unbelievable; I am one of those people who can't not finish a book, so I plugged along. I'm glad a did - cause as the book went on, it ended up being fantastic - except for the cliffhanger, of course - but I can live with that.

The beginning, where Ari and Sarah see each other from afar, in the train station, feeling like they're staring right at each other - I get that - but what happens on the train - I just don't think so, they are strangers, after all. But, the story unfolds, I liked them together, although his moodiness was a bit much, but we learn why he's that way.

Wasn't expecting the ending, holy cow!!!

**I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This book started out rough for me. I almost automatically knew I wasn't going to like it. The beginning was just way too rushed and left me shaking my head at what I was reading. The h of the story Sarah aka Saarah?? meets a man on a train Ari aka the Trainman?? and they say less than a few words to each other and next thing you know..... After that whole little scene, I almost gave up. I felt like I needed to wash off or something...smdh.

The book continues with even more weirdness between these characters. The sexual attraction was definitely there but they never really talked! That was frustrating. Sarah annoyed me that she couldn't even open her mouth and ask a simple question. Yet, she has all these questions and worries in her head. But she just continues to do as Ari says like he is her damn daddy or something...

I get that this has the whole "Fifty Shades of Grey" theme going on but even they talked in that book. These two were just straight going at it before even having a proper date. It was also weird that he knows where she stays without her even telling him. He was supposed to be this rich and beautiful, controlling man but he was just coming off as a complete creepier to me.

Things began to turn around once Ari's son was introduced. They had a little more meaningful dialogue. I started to actually feel something besides creeped out from Ari. He seemed to be a good and devoted father. He also opened up to her a little about his past. Or at least that he has a not so great ex-wife. I also loved their interaction at his son's birthday party. I thought Sarah did good in bringing a thoughtful present and trying to make a connection with his son.

I would like to thank the author for providing this copy for review, but I must keep it raw and honest. Hopefully things will continue to improve in the next part 2 Derailed.

**2 stars

I am a fan if Nelle L'Amour books so when she posted this freebie on Facebook I jumped in. Now I'm finished I'm left feeling ho-hum.... This was just to far fetched for me. I love a good billionaire story, but Strangers on a train just didn't blow me away sadly. I will probably check out book 2 and 3 in this set in the future, but for now I'm going to quit while I'm ahead.

Struggling assistant to a toy company executive, Sarah Greene carched the train for work. She is not one if the beautiful people, she just works her ass off to pay for her mother's cancer treatment. Falling literally into a man's lap was not her intention, but when she looks into his eyes, she sees the man from the station, the man that took her breath away. Using his dominant voice he tells her to sit with him. With no other choice she does that.

Within minutes, a toilet stop turns to a hot sexual excapade on the train, with her trainman. She doesn't need a name, he has taken her virginity and her vocabulary too it seems. Getting to their station, she leaves a hot mess, torn tights and a throbbing downstairs... but not without a name - Ari. Ari the trainman.

Believing that is the last she sees of him she returns to her tiny apartment, only to discover Ari knows where she lives, her clothes and shoe size and wants to see her again. Blowing off her best friend, Lauren and the black Eyed Peas she spends another erotic dinner with him . Until another woman breaks their night up.

Walking away from billionaire Ari Golden should be easy, but it seems Sarah is a glutton for punishment, his dominance and finger, toes, mouth and member has her constantly coming back... But with a bombshell part of his life about to drop on her, can she work with his strict rules for their "relationship "?

SUMMARY (50 words or less)

This was a decent story with a very steamy sex scene right upfront. The story has a lot of sexual tension which ended with very hot scenes but the overall feel was a cross between Anything He Wants/Bared to You/Fifty Shades of Grey. Young, sexy billionaire meets young, naive virgin and proceeds to consume her into his lifestyle without much regard for her feelings or reservations. Of course, in this case, Sarah, our heroine, didn't but up much of a fight or resistence where Ari was concerned.

This was a good lead-in for the series but need more drama and angst.

Strangers on a Train by Nelle L’Amour is the first installment in the “Seduced by the Park Avenue Billionaire” series. It’s about Sarah Greene, a 25-year-old virgin who is also an aspiring toy designer. On the train home from visiting her mom in the hospital she meets her “Adonis.” His name is Ari Golden. Ari is definitely a hot and mysterious Alpha male. After their steamy session in the bathroom of the train, they definitely want more of each other. Of course there are complications. Sarah is worried about her mounting bills and her mother’s health. And Ari makes it clear that he’s not looking for a long term relationship.

I just did not want to put this book down. Despite the fact it was short, it was steamy, sexy and hot and I definitely want more.

A review copy was provided in exchange for honest review.

This is a train ride you will never forget. Sarah definitely never did and it changed the course of her life.

Meeting Ari and discovering the attraction they both share is just the starting point of this seductively delicious story. This is not your everyday boy meets girl story. Your emotions will run the range of all emotions as you discover all the undercurrents affecting this couple.

Commitment to each other is impossible, family and others running interference to separate them, life in general with impossible challenges... all conspire to prevent Sarah and Ari from coming together. This story will keep you at the edge of your seats until all is resolved... no guarantees of a happily ever after are ever given in life... will this work for our two lovers?

For me the book (All Three Parts) was Ok.

I enjoyed the story but thought that that the names of the lead characters were a bit cheesy, and Fernando was a bit annoying.

The first sex scene is a bit over the top, another 25 year old virgin start, and a bit forced and Sarah seems to be a bit of a drama queen.

To me Sarah is another "innocent", "beautiful", "perfect-daughter" "pushover". Ari seems to be a "brute" trying hard to be Christian Grey, with a bit of a twist.

Personally I wont re-read it and not necessarily recommend this book. But it has a good story line. I'll read more books from this author and would like to thank her for the opportunity to review the book.

I just finished reading this book and I think I might started to like this story changing my earlier views of this when I was half through it. Although its still annoying that Sarah doesn't have a stronger voice or choice in the story and is being led mostly by lust then reason and in a way I feel for her because its a recipe for a terrible heartbreak when she realizes how deep Ari will get into her heart.
I have to say that although the main character isn't strong enough yet I still want to keep reading about her because both these characters has have a hard life and in a way I will be rooting for them.
Like I always say I can't wait to continue reading their stories.

Four and a half stars...

Sarah is a toy designer who meets Ari Golden on a train, by accident as she stumbles through the car he's in, in whorl wind romance sparks fly along with the designer gifts and oh there's a lobster dinner too!

I enjoyed this short novella a lot, I'd have probably given it 5 stars if it wasn't so short!!! But for something so short it was very well written and although the story takes place over a couple of days it seems much longer than it actually is and that's a credit to the author! Yes my only gripe is that it was too short a read for my liking, and I wanted more because I enjoyed the story.

This story was ok but if I am honest it was in my opinion very rushed. There is the foundation for a really great story but at times I think it was just glossed over. I also feel that it was unfinished, not cliffhanger style but just not completed and as it is not the longest book in the world a little disappointed it was left how it was.
However I did enjoy it enough to wants to read the next book and I do like the basis of the story and the characters and their background story, I just hope to learn more in the next book
