As the only child of notorious mob boss, Tony “The Chief” Azzari, Antonietta lives her life by this mantra. Toni never questions the world where decisions are made for her, until she meets Harley-Davidson riding bad boy, Braxton Malone. Ever since their fiery first kiss all those years ago, she can’t deny the desire to submit to his control.
Brax always knew he’d be walking a dangerous tightrope if he fell for Toni, but like a moth to a flame, he couldn't stay away. Barely surviving the wrath of the mob within an inch of his life, a scorned Brax has vowed never again to allow a woman under his skin.
Three years later, Brax is a top Dom at The Satin Rose Experience, New York’s posh BDSM club. When Toni shows up to fulfill her fantasy of submission before being forced into a loveless marriage, that vow is in just as much jeopardy as his life. Can they overcome the crimes of passion from their past and change Toni’s fate forever?
Sandra Bunino is a romance author who makes her parents proud by putting her MBA degree to good use dreaming up heroes who resemble David Gandy whenever possible. When not staying up past her bedtime torturing her oh-so-sexy heroes, she can be found shopping for shoes or saving turtles.
As a social media junkie in need of a ten-step program, you can also follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and her new addiction, Pinterest. Sandra loves to read and chat with other readers, so she formed the Bunino's Bookalicious Babes group on Facebook where they currently share their love of Jamie Fraser from Outlander...and David Gandy, of course.
Sandra Bunino has written another fabulous story! This book has the whole swanky, sexy Satin Rose Experience, with the drama of lost loves and action-packed mafia intrigue.
In this third book in the series, we meet Toni and Brax. In smoothly transitioned flashbacks, we learn that they have a past, but the real question is how will they deal with it in the present. They are quite a couple, a handsome harley riding financier (not to mention sexy Dom), and a beautiful, curvaceous mafia princess, faced with the prospect of marrying a man she doesn’t love to save her family name and possibly her life.
I absolutely love their story. My heart breaks for Toni, bravely willing to face so much danger to spend a single night fulfilling her fantasy of being a submissive, exploring such an important side of herself knowing she will have to suppress it for the rest of her life. Brax is the perfect combination of hard and soft, and he so clearly loves Toni. He is so kind and tender but still able to be the Dom she wants and needs. Their relationship has so much sizzle, and their story would not have been complete without the beautifully written and super-hot sex scenes.
Once again set against the backdrop of the highly exclusive New York hotel, this episode of the Satin Rose Experience has everything I could have asked for, including a few surprises and an action-packed climax. Bunino brought back familiar characters and they play important supporting roles in Brax and Toni’s story. I’m always happy to catch up with Asher and Mia. This is my favorite of the series so far, and I can’t wait for more!
*I was super-psyched to receive a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
Who doesn’t love a reunion plot line? Brax and Toni were both very compelling and their story is sad, but oh so heartwarming. There are a few predictable twists, but also some surprises providing that much more enjoyment from the storyline. I adored Jackson’s cameo (from book 2) in this one and how Asher and Mia who started it all are involved in each story as well.
Mostly I appreciated the chemistry between Brax and Toni. She grew up believing certain things about herself, but he made her break free of those preconceptions and feel beautiful and desired. While it was a very sexy read, it was only erotic in certain parts and otherwise pretty sweetly sensual.
Basically, Sandra Bunino does it again with the third installment of her SRE series. I’m not always a fan of mob related storylines, but this one was very well done and it added a danger factor as well as a tragic past to overcome. It made for an exciting read. I’m looking forward to the next one, especially after that ending…
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each story in the series so far, but this is definitely among my faves so far. Flashbacks give you backstory and mafia drama gives you suspense when things resume for Toni and Brax. Pick this one up for an awesome read!
What a great romance story! Circumstances rip Brax and Antonietta apart only to reunite three years later for a second chance. It has it all - suspense, love lost rediscovered, romance and hot sex. The author provides just the right amount of background, using flashbacks that provide information without overloading the current story. What I truly adored about this story is how Brax sees a beautiful woman when he looks at Antoinetta although she despises her more voluptuous curves. The sex is smoldering hot yet still tastefully written. This was an easy story to get lost in, definitely one of those books you can't put down. I look forward to reading more from Sandra Bunino and would recommend this book to my friends.
I was provided a copy of the book for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review - all conclusions are my own responsibility. Stars - 4 , Flames - 3
Ok...but rushed... I must say that all three hoots are going out to Brax. He is sweet, tender, loving and oh, so romantic. This story is very vanilla with a dash of glitter thrown in, so don't let the title mislead you. Also, it is also very short and flips from three years ago to present day. While I often enjoy a "love lost/love refound" story, I wanted this one to be more detailed and I wanted the climax drawn out.
With mobsters, Doms, and New Yorkers, I was kind of hoping for more umph. Good fast read with some nice loving between star crossed lovers! Enjoy!
This is definitely my favorite of the Satin Rose Experience series so far! It’s a satisfying, emotional, sensual and romantic quickie read that would not allow me to put it down for even one second! Any fan of the genre will enjoy the sensual escape they get while reading The Submission of a Mafia Princess.
Toni is the daughter of a well-known mob boss and is very sheltered by him which makes her a touch shy, not very confident about herself (mainly her body) and unfamiliar with the male gender on an intimate level. Yet she is very beautiful and smart. She does not have much social experience either so when she sees a guy that REALLY interests her one fine day, she continuously sneaks peeks with hopes no one, including the hottie himself, will catch her. Things change from the day he does catch her looking and it all begins from there.
Brax is one hottie McHotness. The man screams DOM right from the start. He’s a very confident, handsome, intelligent and caring man who is also a dominant. From the moment he sets eyes on the beautiful Toni, he knows he is in trouble in many ways. Besides his heart, there’s his life. How would her father react to a regular guy like him in his daughter’s life? Brax is willing to take the chance; he cannot get her out of his mind, or his heart. (I heart Brax!)
Even though this is part of a series, Sandra wrote it so wonderfully that it can be read as a stand-alone. But I really recommend starting from book 1 of the series. You see characters from the start all throughout the series and it give us a constant peek at their progress and how much they have grown in character and in their lives. Awesome :)
I was ever so happy to find out there was going to be a third book in the SRE series. But imagine my excitement when I learned it wasn't going to be one of the shorter Romance on the Go stories but a full length one. I know you all know what a story whore I am, and the longer the better *g* Also I have to say from the very beginning the title had me hooked.
That said, this book had all the parts that I like most! Life in danger, bad guys, bad ass good guys, mystery, drama and super hot smokin' sex. Above all this is a love story and I really did fall in love with Toni and Brax. I feel like I got to know them, and I was invested in their happiness. I was so sad and happy for Toni. I also enjoyed the brief looks into the lives of previous SRE characters and what I hope was a glimpse of the next hero, Jackson.
As an added bonus we get a fabulous drink recipe! The French Kiss. (Don't think I am not going to be trying this drink. *G* If you know me, you know how I love my girly, fruity, exotic drinks) I really loved this story and I can't stress enough how you all need to go out and read all the books in the SRE series. You will not be disappointed. Ms. Bunino has a flair for writing stories that are interesting and make me want to read more.
Sandra has written another great book in the SRE line. Brax and Toni are so easy to become attached to. They quickly became two of my favorite characters. One of the things I loved best about this story was the history between them where we learn how they've gotten to this point in their lives.
Toni has issues with her body cause by her father constantly telling her she has the Azzari butt and thunder thighs. He uses this as a way to get her to marry the guy he's chosen for her. Toni has different ideas for her life but things change and she feels stuck with her fathers choice. Brax and Toni meeting and falling in love didn't fit into her father's plans so he and his intended-for-her took matters into their own hands. Neither Toni nor Brax knew what really happened to the other but they didn't forget about their first love either.
Brax has very inventive and fun ways to convince Toni that he loves her curves both when they first meet and when the reconnect at SRE. He knows what he wants and is determined to get it. Their romance is hot and sweet at the same time!
One of the many things I love about Sandra's writing is how easy it is to get caught up and care for her characters. The third SRE installment definitely hit my sweet spot, plus it's a 2nd chance story. When Toni's and Brax's lives cross once again it's a rocky road, but man was it fun to read. All the passion mixed in with curiosity, worry, jealousy, and love never forgotten, it's page turning fun. Sandra gives us the sweet curiosity of young love and mixes it with the complications that is the reality for this sweet Mafia Princess. Toni's reality does add some great tension, danger, and suspense to this story. Have I mentioned passion yet? Oh yes, the scenes are hot. With lines like, "Look at me, I want to watch you come undone." Oh, wow. Yeah, Sandra did very well with SRE #3. All I can say is: more please.
I really enjoyed the premise of this tale and liked the connection between Brax and Toni. I particularly liked Brax's attention to Toni's body image hang-up. We could all learn to see ourselves as sexy. I like Ms. Bunino's writing and look forward to reading more from her.
this was an entertaining book. I would give it 3 1/2 to 4 stars. I really likes the love Brad and Toni had. thought there could have been a little more suspense but still was good.
My personal rating for this is a 2 star. This is because the story is just okay for me. Based on the review site, their review rating will look different based on their measurements.

Lovers reunite in a BDSM club unexpectedly. Braxton Malone never forgot a lover who nearly killed him. Dating a mafia boss's daughter is always risky because one never knows if "Daddy" will take exception. Some people joke about a father showing a gun to a prospective boyfriend to protect their daughter's virtue. Brax learned the hard way that some fathers will do more than just brandish a weapon. Antonietta is the well-known daughter of a New York mob boss. She takes a chance with Brax and it ends horribly.
The plot is predictable and uses a plot device I'm not fond of - deus ex machina. The conflict is a bit contrived with Antonietta "Toni" forced to marry a man she doesn't want. The twist is her bachlorette party she throws for herself. She decides to experience her sexual fantasy before she is stuck with a most heinous male. The problem I have with how this conflict is resolved is the new character out of nowhere to help save the day. It's an easy card to play and makes the book average.
The BDSM in this story is mediocre. It's sweet and romantic, perfect for readers who are just starting to read erotic kinky stories. While Brax is reputed as being a high demand Dom, there isn't a scene which shows his mastery. He does come across as a romantic. He is designed as a lovable male character which works well. Toni comes across as a low self-esteem helpless female. She is weak and nothing about her explains why Brax wants her so much. Other than her spankable booty and sexy curves, she has nothing to offer. She does still have her hymen intact so perhaps this is the allure. Men do like to be the first to possess a female. This is a nice romantic BDSM view of the BDSM lifestyle with a high end BDSM club. This kinky tale is recommended for new to BDSM readers.
5 stars – The BDSM sex scenes are memorable and phenomenal. 4 stars – The BDSM scenes are done very well. 3 stars – The BDSM scenes are mediocre. May or may not contain some minor flaws. 2 stars – The BDSM were light and just kinky. 1 star – Where was the BDSM scenes? Non-existent
5 paddles - Gripping and un-putdownable. Has a place on my keeper shelf. Great chance of re-reading. 4 paddles - Excellent. Highly enjoyable and well-written. But may not be keepers 3 paddles - Average. May or may not contain some minor flaws. 2 paddles - Contains major flaws and needs improvement. 1 paddle - Not enjoyable and wouldn't recommend.
The Satin Rose Experience continues with yet another steamy story. This time, Sandra Bunino introduces her readers to Braxton and Toni.
Toni is the only daughter of a famous mob boss. She is the pearl of his eyes until he dies. Now, she's faced not only with the death of her dad but also the unwanted advances of the new wanna be mob boss. Toni is still brokenhearted at the loss of her first love, and before she gives into the demands of this annoying wanna be, she decides to give herself a night of passion. Her plan is to sleep with a man who knows his way around the bedroom and imagine she's having out-of-this-world-sex with her long lost love.
Braxton is a dom who's never been able to forget the one woman that was taken away from him. Not only that, but he also believes she forgot all about him and got married. Surprise, surprise! It turns out, the woman who stole his heart once more is back, very alive, and willing to submit to any dom that would have her.
Oh my! This was another terrific story by Sandra Bunino. She not only delivers a second chance to true love, but really steamy sex on top of that, and what do you know? There's a bit of action too, where Jax from SRE #2 makes an appearance and now we KNOW what this dom does for a living.

If you love a sexy alpha who wears leather and drives a harley then Braxton is the man you need. His one taste of love did him in so now he just deals with women who want a Dom and that is it for him. I can understand where he is coming from. Why chance it when you had the big mafia boss after you?
Tony is always hating her body and is tired of people not treating her like someone just because of what her last name is. She finally finds the man she wants and loves her for herself. Braxton helped her find what she needed and it was all taken away from her in one night.
As I was reading this book I was imagining myself in the book. I just had the imagine of Cocktail come into my mind while the author described Braxton at the bar making drinks. It just mad the story more real for me. I could just see myself setting at the bar and watching a sexy man make me a drink. Braxton and Tony brought out the spiciness in each other. Neither one could live without the other and they had tried.
I am so happy to say that I have read a book in this series before and they just keep getting better. Every time I read a book about a BDSM club I always learn something new and it makes me want to act it out if only I had the nerves to do it. I would love to just lay back and leave it all in my lovers hands. To know that I was the one he wanted to be with and he would do everything in his power to give me the best sexual experience I have ever had.
If you love a great alpha male that will think you hung the moon and will do whatever he has to, to be able to keep you then this is the book for you.
In this book we meet Brax a seemingly self assured Dom-in-demand albeit one not interested in innocent virgins. And Toni daughter of a mafia crime boss and engaged reluctantly to another crime boss - a "family" arranged marriage. We find out that Brax and Toni knew each other 3 years before but their almost relationship ended badly but she is still the only woman he has ever loved....
First I have to say this book is in a series and this is not the first book. This really does not impact the story just I like to read things in order so I like to let people know! There is a lot of build up in this story as you learn the back story of Brax and Toni and how they got to be where they are now. there are some great moments of humour, I was particularly fond of Jake the bartender. The one thing that lets it down is the climactic sex scene, now don't get me wrong it IS hot! But there is a lack of follow through, for example he shows her a chair and tells her he has a lot of uses for it, just not ones we get to read about which was a shame as overall this was a great short sexy read. I must go and find the others in the series!
I would give this 4 out of 5 stars

A light, fast-paced romance, Submission of a Mafia Princess is peppered with light BDSM. Gorgeous, hot and rich Brax is a man who works hard and plays even harder. After years of separation, a special request in Brax club of a virgin requesting a scene for her first time, brings them face to face. Told mostly through flashbacks, we see their past relationship as they take a night to rekindle before Antonia’s arranged marriage takes place. This amusing tale of past love, current family situations, and a possibility of an unexpected future concludes as Brax and Toni fight for their right to be together. Warning: Paddles and some bondage may be expected.
