Kate graduated with an English degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Ga. After twenty years in a variety of careers, Kate has gone back to her first love of writing. Kate previously published non-fiction business books as well as a humorous magazine series dedicated to the antics of her family. This is her first foray into fiction and draws on the colorful characters and surroundings that she finds in her current home on the Space Coast of Florida. She lives with her husband, two sons and rescue dog, Charlie. Whenever she gets a chance, Kate escapes the beach with a good book and a fruity cocktail.

This sequel was so well written from the slow burn and continued character development. No plot holes as you got anything you could ask for! Luke and Dahlia’s story was so fun to continue and grow on in this book!

The Bloom’s are back! The plot thickens with the mystery around their father’s death. The more that comes to light, the more questions there are. This time Luke is after the answers as he juggles a new client. Loved the chemistry between Luke and Dahlia. Filled with mystery and smoking hot romance, See You There will keep you turning the pages. I’m obsessed with the Blooms!

*This is a stand alone book but if you can, I recommend reading the first book because there's a story line that spans all the books.*
This is the second book of the Dangerous Blooms Series and I was surprised at how fast I got sucked into the story. This book is slow burn and the spice doesn't come until about 3/4 of the way into the book but with all the suspense, drama and surprises, it is well worth the wait. The book has so many twists and turns, it keeps you interested because you don't know what's to happen next.
Dahlia (Lia) finds herself in need of an attorney, and a man named James takes the job unfortunately he gets sick and his brother (Luke) steps in to help. There's an instant spark but it doesn't matter because they have a professional relationship. Luke could be disbarred and Lia's reputation in Hollywood could be tarnished.
There is a murder investigation going on and when Lia becomes a target, Luke decides they need to leave town to protect her. When they get to the hideaway and Luke makes a decision Lia doesn't agree with, she gets her feelings hurt and walks away from him. Will Luke be able to make things right or will his mistake haunt him for the rest of his life? Can Lia forgive him? Read it and find out, you won't be disappointed!!
I can't wait for the 3rd book of the series!

I just love the Blooms! This is the second book in the series and focuses on Luke and Dahlia. The plot of this story continues to follow the death of David Bloom while simultaneously following a situation with Dahlia. She finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time and with the wrong people. James and Luke Bloom run to the rescue as a favor to their half-sister Cara. I enjoyed the suspense and was surprised at every twist and turn. I loved learning more about the Bloom family as well as Dahlia, who was introduced in the first book as the female lead of a movie Cara was working on. Loved learning more about Luke, his past and the reasons for his two-week dating strategy. Dahlia was a great main character and survived a lot to get to where she was. I enjoyed the writing style, and the ending was perfect. I am so looking forward to the books about James and Declan. Cannot wait to see the love interest who change both of their lives.

I am so glad I was able to receive this book to ARC read! I was able to read book 1 as well and was so excited I was chosen to read this one as well. The story between Luke and Dahlia was amazing. They both had difficult things that they dealt with growing up, and the fact that they found courage and confidence in themselves while finding each other was amazing! This is definitely a slow burn read but the connection between them is hot! They definitely fight it, they both have their own reasons, but everyone around them can see it! Dahlia being hunted by bad people and forced into close proximity with her off limit attorney is just asking for trouble! This is definitely a must read! I can't wait for the next book!

The Bloom family has so much drama and strife that their stories are so engrossing! This is the second book in the series. Although enough information is given to catch up on the events from the first book, I still recommend reading it because it was so good!

This story focuses on one of the twins, Luke, and Dahlia (Lia) who was the actress that befriended Cara. Lia finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people and needs help. She has a feeling she is going to be the only one that doesn't come out rosy in this situation. Cara recommends Luke, who is a lawyer.

When Lia has a near miss and it is apparent someone wants to keep her quiet, Luke makes the decision to get her out of town. The attraction they feel for one another is something they both know they need to keep in check, but will that prove to be impossible?

Action! Romance! Mystery! This book has it all and is done so well!

First of all I never EVER like series that are from different POV, the only other time I have was ACOTAR so to be this into a different characters story was unusual but so much fun for me.
The first book? So good, it was cute, a definite slow burn but good with so many intriguing story pieces that tie into the second book.
Good god it just seems to keep getting better and better!!
And I loved the appearance with Cara again🥹 Wes is so cute with her !!!
I have to admit I was so scared that Luke and Dahlia weren’t gonna find their way back together and then he went and BROUGHT THE WHOLE BLOOK FAMILY TO THE RED CARPET??? Freakin epic😭😭🥹

Book 2 in an interconnected series, this time featuring Luke and Dahlia. The connection between these 2 was instant and Luke couldn’t help but be intrigued by Dahlia. This was though very much a slow burn, with the attraction building throughout the book.

I loved Cara and Wes appearing and am even more intrigued now to read more about James and of course Declan!

A good underlying story along with the build up of attraction and I felt the book was well written meaning it flowed really well. I would look forward to reading more in this series. Overall an enjoyable read.

Luke and Dahlia were not what each other expected but the spark was there from the start. She was in the wrong place at the wrong time, he was one that had his own struggles. They were able to respect and protect each other with everything thrown at them. It was hard for me to put down this book with all the twists and turns. Luke Bloom and his family are getting closer for the answers they desperately want.

I was so happy to have another chance to hang out with the Blooms, and to get to know Like and Dahlia better. The author does a fantastic job weaving this story into what we already knew about them from the first book, along with a continuation of the fallout of the mysterious circumstances surrounding their father’s death. I’m very much looking forward to there next installment of the Dangerous Blooms series!

This was a great second book in the series! If you haven’t read the first one I highly recommend reading it, but you can definitely read this one as a standalone book. The drama and plot twists kept me reading and I finished this one so quickly! I love how the characters continue to develop and I can’t wait for the next one to see how it all ties together!

I think this second book in the series was even better than the first! This writer does slow burn spicy romance in this series, but it’s so much more than that! There are so many elements of mystery and suspense that are unpredictable and yet satisfying in resolution. Also, this book stands on its own, even if you haven’t read the first in the series.

This was an intense follow up to the Dangerous Blooms book 1! Being able to continue the story in a different relationship POV was nice because I got to continue reading about the characters I fell in love with in the first book but I also got to get to know and love en older sibling-Luke- and his love interest, Dahlia. This did get a 'bit' confusing a few times, only because there were twins, and brothers, and step brothers. There were so many male characters I had to keep straight BUT it was a great story.

The story between Dahlia and Luke was a good one and if you haven't read Dangerous Blooms Book 1, it's highly recommended so you can understand the familial history and some character development that is mentioned in this book.

Kate did a great job with character development, plot formation, and the slow burn of these characters 🥵!! So worth the read!

A perfect follow up to See you Soon.

Luke and Dahlia are such a complicated couple! I felt terrible for Dahlia the entire book, she was always an innocent bystander and in the wrong place at the wrong time. Having Hames and Luke represent her was the best thing to ever happen to her.

The complexities of this story and how they continue to twist and turn is mind blowing! Bits and pieces are starting to fall into place making the entire Bloom tragedy start to make sense.

I loved Luke and Dahlia’s time away together, it gave them an opportunity to truly see each other for who they really were!

The ending was not only perfectly constructed but left me wanting so much more! All these unanswered questions creates such a rollercoaster of emotions.

Dahlia’s back story is so heartbreaking, it was so hard to watch her come to terms with everything. I loved this story so much!
