The Green Body Cleanse: How to Clean Your Body and Home From Toxic Chemicals and Disease-Causing Agents

Rate this book
A remarkable boo by Dr. Edward Group. His book provides optimistic, enlightening solutions for eliminating the underlying causes of cancer, heart disease, mental disorders and weight gain by simply cleaning out the colon. You'd be amazed to learn just how much the colon has to do with your health, by the way. Show me a crabby person who's always in a bad mood and I'll show you a person with 20 pounds of fecal matter stuck in their digestive tract.

I real eye-opener. I would suggest it to anyone, but especially for those who have a family to take care of.

This is all nonsense quackery.

When not misinterpreting or misunderstanding studies, the author spends most of the book making bold and easily falsifiable claims. His “toxin” numbers are are pulled from nowhere and based on nothing. They're just made large so as to scare the reader. The author is not a doctor, he is a chiropractor, and not qualified to be making any of the medial claims he is making. This book is dangerous.

Very comprehensive

This book is very detailed comprehensive and clear. I love the very clear steps provided in the supplemental section. The illustrations are helpful as are the questionnaires.

Extremely informative about how the food we consume and the house hold products we use can cause diseases and impair our immune system.
