It is a bold call to care for the poor and marginalised in practical ways. It is a call to live a peaceful Christ-like life, in the midst of oppression. It is a call to be angry about injustice and poverty, but to stay Christ-like in our response. We are not to be 'like the world'. We are not to use violence in our fight against evil in the world.
