A sentimental story of a school going guy now deputed at the important position in Indian government comes to visit Kolhapur. Mr. Pandit during his visit recollects his school days & his important year of matric exam in a school called "Tapovan".Author has experienced & narrated dissimilarity & difference between the other schools & the way this school taught, about its teachers, friends...& a new friend Julia. Characters like Dixit sir,Lalasaheb, Bakare[Babudada]sir are interestingly sketched in the book. Would have given a 3 to the book, but its format is very attractive, so one more star for such a beautifully designed book.
