I liked this, however it is so short only a few chapters but broken down into such a way that these few chapters may be the equivalent to just three or four of a longer novel, for me this was so disappointing, I will download the next in the series but if that is also short I am afraid I won't be reading the remainder (I think there are five in the series).

The story starts out with (without giving too much away) a young artist who is contracted by a staggeringly handsome billionaire to restore some work at his mansion, both main characters attracted to each other, passion ensues etc., etc., She has some past and has run away from something, unfortunately the book is so short we don't know from what she is running! Maybe this will be made clear in the following episode.

To sum up, I liked it, however I thought it was just much, much too short and didn't hook me in as most of my recent reads have, however it has "got me" enough to download the next, which I will do after the weekend as I really have to do some work around the home.

Great start to what I hope will be a very hot series. Super short read and when this first installment ends, it feels like the story is just getting good. I guess that's kind of the point, because I immediatley ordered the following 4 parts to the series upon finishing this one. I am definitely intrigued but I sure hope the rest of this series has a lot more lust-filled debauchery in store. I absolutley won't bore you with a summary of what amounted to only a few chapters in total, but I will say that I've already started book 2 and the series just keeps getting better.

"Desire" by Carrie Cox is the first part of a five-part serial erotic romance and it starts with the female character, Kate Taylor, an art restoration specialist with a mysterious past, restoring a piece of artwork for the billionaire, Benjamin Easton. Having not met him personally, she mistakes him for the gardener and being surprised at how easily she gives in to his seduction.
A great story, likable characters and the sex scenes are hot. It's a hot steamy read, enjoyed reading it.

Really enjoyed it, however there are only a handful of chapters in each of the books (1 to 5) so it was too short. Felt the ending was a bit rushed (book 5) and because of the fifty shades and crossfire novels, I found the storyline predictable. Still a good read though. I dont think its worth £1.99 for each book on amazon though. I think if the 5 were together in 1 book, i wouldn't mind paying £5 and that would make a good size novel.
