When troublemaker Dimbulb Gilhooey learns an old clothing-optional law is still on the books, he starts a movement that turns the town of Newbridge topsy-turvy. It's a summer of sun-baked shenanigans as Dimbulb and his followers challenge pastors, police, politicians, and public propriety for the right to bare arms -- as well as the rest of their bodies. Preposterous? Far-fetched? Utterly unbelievable? Maybe -- if it wasn't inspired by actual real life events!
