One fateful night, Trip Canyon suffers a panic attack and flees his hometown without a destination. On a randomly chosen bus, he meets a wandering, blind poet named Callus. Callus asks Trip for help. It seems menace from Callus' past is not only threatening the poet, but Callus' beautiful travelling companion Talia Martinez as well. Callus' other companion, an enigmatic giant of a man named Randall, is much less attractive than Talia, but every bit as mysterious as Callus. Soon, when murder follows the blind poet, Trip and Talia discover the danger is closer than they think.
