Healer meets hybrid and lives change.

Thirty years ago, the Zuvgran released a virus that killed most Svesti females and rendered the remainder infertile. The Svesti initiate first contact with Earth when their scientists discover that humans and Svesti can interbreed. Humans may be able to save the warrior species that has been protecting Earth’s region of space for a century.

Natasha is a Russian doctor who is fascinated with all the new medical technology and techniques she’s learning from the Svesti, as well as alien biology.

Ronan is a hybrid with a huge secret and needs a healer to help. So he kidnaps Natasha.

Ronan is the fourth book in the Svesti Fated Mates series with a HEA and can be read as a standalone, although it is recommended that the books be read in order for the best experience.

wow this one was even better than previous books in thats possible because this time it involves a svesti-zuvgran hybrid which should be impossible and a human female. Ronan is a hybrid man who rescues other hybrid children like himself with the help of his surrogate father who rescued him as a toddler. he shouldn't exist but he does and he feels he doesn't belong anywhere in the world. he's lived heartache and trauma but he's not let that twist his kind caring heart but instead uses it to help free others so they can be healthy, happy and free to be themselves not slaves for the zuvgran who decimate worlds and released a virus on the svesti killing nearly all their females and rendering the few survivors infertile. the svesti reach out to earth when they realize human women are compatible and 6 females are sent by earth to the svesti home world they think to do research but secretly in order to bear children. when this is discovered the human women flip out and refuse and the svesti honouring women are very disturbed to find out the women were lied too. it takes a few months to reach the home world and while traveling relationships start occurring between some of the women and the svesti warriors on the ship. natasha is a russian doctor and is helping during a mining collapse on other planet when she is kidnapped by ronan because a mysterious illness has broken out among the hybrid children refugees he has rescued and have hidden in several locations. upon hearing this natasha agrees to help ronan but ends up needing the svesti help so reluctantly ronan agrees to let her ask for help. the svesti immediately are willing to do whatever they can to help.

here is where everything gets turned upside down. drama, danger, suspense, intrigue, surprise, trauma, sadness, rescue, and plot twists keep u guessing from page to page what will happen next. thru all of this ronan and natasha grow closer and their relationship continues to evolve.

great richly developed characters are brought to life on the page feeling very real. the world building and plot descriptions are off the charts amazing making the entire story come to life so u feel u are living the story as u read it.

the author has an amazing way of weaving details and descriptions together along with all the many characters u see in each book while focusing on the one main couple from that story that u can't wait to grab the next book and read on.

i highly recommend this series i just immediately grab the next book as soon as i'm done to continue reading about all their amazing relationships and journeys together.

Ronan is the fourth book of the Svesti Fated Mates series, and it finally takes place off of the Invictus. Natasha is responding to a mine cave-in calamity when she is lured away from her fellow doctors at Ronan's pleas for help. Running a hidden network of escaped half-Zuvgran children dealing with a disease outbreak, Ronan can't explain why he needs Natasha, but instead choses to kidnap her. As Natasha deals with the outbreak head-on, she starts to appreciate Ronan's character and strives to improve the living conditions of the refuges.

Overall, this book deals with some interesting themes and topics. The Zuvgrans largely enslave other aliens and any Zuvgran hybrids, but some of the Zuvgrans are resisting their government and willfully helping hybrids escape slavery. This adds greater depths to an alien species that has largely been categorically horrible in the series. The racism between the Svesti and Zuvgrans as well as continued purist views of the Svesti adds some interesting contrasts between the two alien species.

Strangely, I felt that the relationship between Natasha and Ronan detracted from the main plot of the story in the beginning. Their attraction was fairly sudden, and Natasha seemed to accept Ronan's kidnapping extremely quickly. While she was more than willing to help the sick children, you would think she would remain a little leery of a strange alien man who kidnapped and drugged her for at least a little while. Thankfully their relationship becomes more believable as the plot moves on, even if it progressed rather quickly. The overarching plot of finding a safe place for the refuge children is quite compelling and pushes the book to a four star rating.

Ultimately about children not bearing the sins of their parents and learning to love yourself.

What a wonderful continuation to this series. While this is the fourth book in the series it is the first one to give an account of what the lives of our Humans and their Svesti counterparts,(the first three all happen at the same time just different character povs) This story continues after when the Invictus is called to help with a mine collapse, meanwhile somewhere else our new male lead is need of a healer and happens upon them and Natasha our female lead.
The pairing of Natasha and Ronan is lovely. Natasha is just what Ronan needs. Not just in the form of a healer, but a person. She instantly understands what and why he is doing and wants to help. He helps rescue hybrid slaves from the Zuvgran. What makes her a good healer makes him see that he can trust more people to help him while healing some personal trauma as well. I love the how Natasha has earned her way with the Svesti earning their respect and becoming family to some. With each book each couple has become my favourite, each so different but wonderful. when you finish one you immediately want to continue on to the next. I can't wait to continue each one to see where life takes these wonderful characters.

Ronan is a good fourth book in the Svesti Fated Mates series featuring a hybrid Svesti male and human healer.

Considered an abomination as are the other hybrids he protects many of whom are younglings Ronan kidnaps human healer Natasha Petrov to help him with an unknown sickness currently raging through his charges.

The author has provided an excellent synopsis of the previous books that leads into this one for a quick catch-up of the storyline which is as exciting as ever with plenty of action, romance, adventure, and subterfuge.

Colorful writing and a fast pace keep the momentum high in this engaging Sci-Fi Romance as another couple traverses the rocky road to love as they seek their place in this highly imaginative universe.

I am so happy that with the fourth book in this series we are moving the overall story arc forward. This book was definitely a little heavier than the first three. Aside from some light kidnapping we do see evidence of the bad guys' treatment of other species including SA and mutilation, so reader beware. We also get a look the impetus of the Svesti search for women. As always when genocide is involved, it is heartbreaking and this look into the past wasn't any different.

On a lighter note, Natasha and Ronan are pretty great characters and I enjoyed their romance a bunch. I really love that Wavy Martin is making each of her FMCs so unique in personality, background, race, etc. It is keeping each book from being stale. I am enjoying this series a lot and I can't wait to read the next book.

Another fabulous book in this series. Well written, full of action, adventure, love, intrigue, romance, emotions and steam. Ronan needs help to solve his medical issues, so he drugs and kidnaps Natasha. Natasha learns why he did this and agrees to help the children as to they are sick. She can't help but wonder why this is happening to them. Ronan finds himself beginning to care for her and and tries to understand why. Natasha also develops feelings for him. Loved the storyline/plot and how they come to be together. Great addition to this series. Can't wait for the next. Would recommend this book to all.

While the svestiship Invictus tries to reach their homeland with six human females,
they receive a message for giving medical assistance on a planet where there was a mining accident.
This was not all that happened on that planet for they leave it with a fair share of younglings.
Those younglings also needed medical care and Natasha was the one chosen for this task by way of abduction.
She helps her abductor and it is insta lust from both sides.  When you read previous books you know where this is going to end.
This book has more insights in the suvgran ways and their devious medical experiments.

This series keeps getting better and better. I love the relationship that Ronan and Natasha have. This book has intrigue and a great love story. It is one of those books that I could not put down. I only wish there were more clues as to who the person is that keeps trying to sabotage what the Svesti's are trying to accomplish. I would recommend reading this book as a series so that you can catch all the stories that previously happened to the women on board the Svesti ship.

Natasha and Ronan
This os book Four and it happens outside of the spaceahip. There was a Call for help from a mining world and they go there to help. Natasha is there to help the other healers when She is accosted by a male asking for help and She goes with him. She is abducted but soon realizes the alien just wants her to help the children he os protecting. The general plot of the story also moves forward and we get to know a few new things. Great book.

Wow! These Svesti stories are so good. This one added so much complexity to the whole saga. I adored Ronan and the good being he is. I also always liked Natasha, so I’m glad their story was so well done. What a way to envelope such a deep story with hot intimacy, love for younglings, violence, and true grief. So well done. Again, I cannot wait for the next one!

I appreciated getting to learn more about the Zuvgran, and that all are not bad. I loved Ronan, he is a great addition to the story line. This one will take you on an emotional roller-coaster. I did end up crying in a few places. Is very well written and will keep you engaged all the way to the end. Looking forward to more from this author.

First off, I highly recommend reading the previous books as it will give more context to this story. Reading as stand alone is possible but might make the story a little less special.

I loved reading this one. I was not expecting the direction this story took and that made my day. As always worldbuilding is awesome and plenty of spice.

Another addition to this series. Unfortunately I found it so much harder to read than the others which i devoured in no time. I found I didn’t connect with our main characters this time. Which I would place on myself rather than the author, because it’s still in her usual impressive style.

Natasha never expected to be kidnapped by the hybrid warrior, Ronan. He was on a mission to cure his orphan rescues from a mysterious illness. As Natasha comes to know the honorable warrior, all anger at being kidnapped leaves and she slowly falls for him. I enjoyed this addition to the series and can't wait to read Karid's story.
