Robert B. Denhardt, Janet V. Denhardt, and Tara A. Blanc teach readers how to influence the operations of public agencies-helping them learn to get involved and effect positive changes, regardless of whether they are working outside the agency as citizens or within the agency as managers. In my opinion, what is ethical and what is unethical are often troublesome to discuss. At work place you must know where you live to judge how ethical (or unethical) your deed will be. This is a good book to read and to pursue questions about ethics in public administration.
